    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez comprobado que no se ha podido practicar personalmente el requerimiento individual a las personas interesadas por parte del servicio de correos, y en aplicación del artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se comunica a las personas mencionadas en el anexo que su entidad bancaria ha retrocedido el pago de la prestación aprobada, por lo que deben presentar &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;un escrito de comunicación de datos bancarios de una cuenta actualmente operativa a nombre de &lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;persona titular de la tarjeta sanitaria, conformado por&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; la entidad bancaria y firmado por el titular de la cuenta. Si lo desean, tenemos un&lt;/span&gt; modelo de dicha comunicación a su disposición en la Unidad de Prestaciones Sanitarias del &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears en Palma, &lt;/span&gt;calle de la Reina&amp;nbsp;Esclaramunda 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La documentación requerida se puede presentar de acuerdo con lo señalado en el artículo 38.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, o en las oficinas del &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears en Palma, ya indicadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Además, se comunica a los interesados que si no presentan la documentación requerida, el derecho a percibir la prestación caducará pasado un año, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la notificación de la concesión de la prestación, de conformidad con el artículo 44 de Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1994, de 20 de junio, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
