&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de “Régimen Jurídico de las A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;dministraciones y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común” (BOE, de 27 de diciembre de 1992), se hace pública la iniciación del expediente de baja del Padrón Municipal de Habitantes instruido por este Ayuntamiento a las personas que a continuación se relacionan, tras no haberse podido efectuar la correspondiente notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El expediente se encuentra la Oficina Municipal de Palmanyola , donde se puede ejercer el derecho de alegar y presentar los documentos y justificaciones que considere pertinentes para acreditar que su residencia habitual es la que figura en el Padrón Municipal de Habitantes, dentro del plazo de 15 días hábiles desde la fecha de publicación del presente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En caso de no hacerlo en el mencionado plazo, y de acuerdo con el artículo 72 del “Reglamento de Población y Demarcación Territorial de las Entidades Locales” se enviará el expediente al “Consejo de Empadronamiento” para que emita el informe oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
