    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno de día 15 de enero de 2014 acordó lo siguiente: &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.º- Aprobar el inicio del expediente relativo a los pliegos de prescripciones técnicas y de cláusulas administrativas particulares que regirán LA CONTRATACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE SEGURIDAD Y VIGILANCIA DE LOS INMUEBLES Y DEPENDENCIAS DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE PALMA, con adjudicación por procedimiento abierto no sujeto a regulación armonizada y tramitación ordinaria, por un importe máximo de licitación para dos años de duración inicial del contrato de 1.549.325,16€ (IVA incluido), prorrogables anualmente por dos años más y sujeto a revisión de precios a partir de la fecha de fin del contrato o de la prórroga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.º- Consignar el gasto estimado de 1.549.325,16€ (IVA incluido) con cargo a las partidas del presupuesto de gastos del Ayuntamiento de Palma con la siguiente distribución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.º- Someter estos pliegos a información pública mediante anuncio en el BOIB por un plazo de diez días, en cumplimiento del artículo 188 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.º-Enviar el expediente al Servicio de Contratación para que realicen los trámites pertinentes para la adjudicación del mencionado contrato&lt;/span&gt;.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por eso, en aplicación del artículo 188 de de la&amp;nbsp; ley 20/2006 de 15 de diciembre de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears, se anuncia el mencionado acuerdo a los efectos de información pública, a fin de que durante el plazo de diez días naturales a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación&amp;nbsp; del correspondiente anuncio en el BOIB, puedan presentarse reclamaciones en el Registro General. Los mencionados&amp;nbsp; pliegos quedarán expuestos en (posar departament i direcció on es poden consultar els plecs) de este Ayuntamiento.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
