    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Menorca de fecha 27/1/2014, aprobó el pliego de cláusulas administrativas, el pliego de prescripciones técnicas y el anteproyecto, para la contratación de la elaboración del proyecto y ejecución de la obra y despliegue de una red de telecomunicaciones de nueva generación en la isla de Menorca, por procedimiento abierto y tramitación ordinaria. Los mencionados pliegos se exponen al público por un plazo de DIEZ (10) días contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB, al objeto de que las personas interesadas puedan examinarlo y presentar las reclamaciones que estimen convenientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Simultáneamente se anuncia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;la licitación del contrato, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;si bien se aplazará la licitación así como el plazo para presentar proposiciones, en el supuesto que se formulen reclamaciones contra los mencionados pliegos, cuando resulte necesario para resolver la cuestión planteada.
