    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;JOANA MARTÍ PUJOL, TESORERA ACCIDENTAL, JEFA DEL SERVICIO DE RECAUDACION DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE CALVIA, PROVINCIA DE BALEARES, HACE SABER: Que habiéndose intentado, por parte del Departamento de Inspección Tributaria, la notificación del inicio de actuaciones inspectoras y requerimientos de inspección, respecto del IMPUESTO SOBRE CONSTRUCCIONES, INSTALACIONES Y OBRAS y a la TASA POR OTORGAMIENTO DE LICENCIAS URBANÍSTICAS, conforme al artículo 112 de la Ley General Tributaria (58/2003, de 17 de Diciembre) y otras disposiciones concordantes y de aplicación, dado que no se ha podido practicar , se cita a las personas que se relacionan, para que comparezcan personalmente o mediante representante en el Departamento de Inspección de este Ayuntamiento, sito en c/ Can Vich, 14B – 1º-B de Calviá, con la finalidad de entregarle la oportuna notificación, en el plazo de 15 días naturales, contados desde la publicación de este anuncio. En caso de incomparecencia, se entenderá producida la notificación a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al del vencimiento del plazo señalado para comparecer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
