    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión ordinaria celebrada en fecha 20 de enero de 2014, aprobó la Propuesta de la Alcaldia de fecha 10 de enero 2014, que es del siguiente tenor y ficha y plano que se adjuntan como Anexo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“En fecha 24 de agosto de 2012 la Junta de Compensación de la UAC – 2 celebró reunión al cual en su punto de la orden del día número 1 se propone la modificación del ámbito de actuación de la Junta de Compensación, siendo aprobado por más del 60% del porcentaje de participación de la Junta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En fecha 10 de septiembre de 2012 (NRE 1508) la presidenta de la Junta de Compensación de la *UAC – 2 presentó instancia solicitando la modificación por parte del Ayuntamiento de la delimitación del ámbito de actuación previsto a las NN.SS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Exclusiones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Finca registral 5425 con referencia catastral 1048701ED0914N0001QQ propiedad de la Sra. Maria Salvà Torrens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En fecha 18/02/2013 se aprueba definitivamente por parte del Ayuntamiento Lleno el cambio de delimitación del ámbito de actuación *UAC 2 de las NN.SS de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Este acuerdo fue revocado por parte del Ayuntamiento Lleno en sesión extraordinaria de día 02/12/2013 a requerimiento del Consejo de Mallorca y se hace necesario incoar una nueva propuesta de cambio de delimitación a fin de que por parte de este Ayuntamiento se incoe un nuevo expediente administrativo encaminado a la modificación del cambio de delimitación de la UAC 2 NN.SS de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En fecha 10/01/2014 (NRE 33) la Presidenta de la Junta de Compensación de la UAC 2 presenta instancia solicitando la ratificación del acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo esto, visto el informe del Secretario-Interventor, PROPONGO al Pleno la adopción del presente ACUERDO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Primero.- Aprobar la modificación del ámbito de actuación de la *UAC – 2 de acuerdo con la solicitud de la Junta de Compensación y conforme al plano Uno3 de las NN.SS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Segundo.- Publicar el presente acuerdo al BOIB y página web del Ayuntamiento (www.ajllubi.net) por la presentación de las alegaciones correspondientes durante un plazo de 15 días.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
