Sr. Presidente del Consejo Insular de Menorca mediante Decreto nº. 2014/9, de fecha 20 de enero, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0.29cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Designar, como presidenta en funciones de este Consejo Insular de Menorca a la vicepresidenta primera, Hble. Sra. Pilar Pons Faner, a fin de que me substituya en el ejercicio de todas mis funciones los días 21, 22 y 23 de enero de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas y publicarla en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de la efectividad del nombramiento para los días señalados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
