&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Asunto: notificación mediante edicto en el BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que no ha sido posible notificar el acuerdo sancionador por incumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 12.2 de la Ordenanza Municipal de Tenencia de Animales, se procede a su notificación de acuerdo con lo que determina el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común a las personas que se detallan en el anexo adjunto, haciendo constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“Primero. Sancionar a F.C.M., con DNI 40351051N, con una multa de 301 euros, como responsable de una falta de carácter grave por incumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 26.3 B16 de la Ordenanza Municipal de Tenencia de Animales, publicada en el BOIB número 74 de fecha 21 de junio de 2001, que establece: «La circulación por vías públicas de un animal con la consideración de perdido.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo. Notificar la presente Resolución a la persona interesada.&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo se le notifica que una vez transcurrido el plazo de pago en periodo voluntario sin haberse efectuado el pago, se incurrirá en el recargo ejecutivo del 5 % y se iniciará el procedimiento de apremio con los recargos, intereses de demora y costas que correspondan (art. 28, 163 y siguientes de la Ley 58/2003 General tributaria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente Resolución puede interponerse recurso de reposición ante la Alcaldía en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 14 del Texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales (Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El expediente puede consultarse en el Departamento de Secretaría del Ayuntamiento de Alaior (calle Mayor, 11, Alaior; teléfono 971 37 10 02, ext.120).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
