&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;A N U N C I O :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En el presente procedimiento JUICIO ORDINARIO 0001835/10 seguido a instancia de MAC INSULAR SL., frente a S’AIGO DOLçA SL, se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Vistos por Dª. Mª Isabel Frade Hevia, Magistrada Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia número cuatro de Palma de Mallorca y su partido, los presentes autos de juicio ordinario seguidos ante este Juzgado bajo el número 1835/2.010, a instancia de &lt;strong&gt;MAC INSULAR. S.L.&lt;/strong&gt; representada por el Procurador/a Sr./a TRUYOLS ÁLVAREZ-NOVOA y defendida por el/a Letrado/a Sr./a ARROM OLIVER contra &lt;strong&gt;S´AIGO DOLÇA, S.L.&lt;/strong&gt;, en situación de rebeldía procesal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h4 style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Estimo íntegramente la demanda&amp;nbsp; presentada por &lt;strong&gt;MAC INSULAR. S.L.&lt;/strong&gt; contra &lt;strong&gt;S´AIGO DOLÇA, S.L, &lt;/strong&gt;condenando a esta última a abonar a la actora la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;56.290,09 €uros&lt;/strong&gt;, más los intereses de la ley 3/2004, con expresa imposición de costas a la demandada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de impugnación: &lt;/strong&gt;mediante recurso de &lt;strong&gt;APELACIÓN, &lt;/strong&gt;ante la Audiencia Provincial, que se interpondrá por medio de escrito presentado ante este juzgado en el plazo de VEINTE DIAS hábiles, contados desde el siguiente al de la notificación de la presente resolución.Es requisito para su admisibilidad la constitución de un único depósito de 50 euros, tal y como exige la Disposición Adicional Decimoquinta de la LOPJ (BOE 04/11/09), que deberá ingresarse en la cuenta de depósito y consignaciones de este Juzgado indicando que se hace concepto de “recurso”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Así lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, S’AIGO DOLÇA SL, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA a diecinueve de noviembre de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
