    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el articulo 59.5 de la ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se hace publica la notificación de la propuesta de resolución de los expedientes sancionadores que se indican, como consecuencia de las denuncias formuladas por la Policía Local, por infracción administrativa de la Ley 1/1992, de protección de los animales que viven en el entorno humano y el Decreto 56/94, de 13 de mayo, de la Conselleria d’Agricultura i Pesca (Boib 65 de 28-05-94) por lo que de acuerdo con los artículos 59.4 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de Régimen Jurídico y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común,&amp;nbsp; se procede a su publicación sucinta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- En este sentido se le comunica que en caso de no formular alegaciones sobre el contenido de este acuerdo de iniciación del expediente, en el plazo de 15 días contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación, del presente acuerdo, se considerará éste como propuesta de resolución del presente procedimiento, de acuerdo con las previsiones contenidas en el artículo 8.4 del Decreto 14/1994, por el que se regula el Procedimiento Sancionador, y con los efectos previstos en los artículos 13, 14, y 15 del citado Reglamento, con la sanción que se especifica en el apartado de “SANCIÓN PROPUESTA”, atendiendo a los criterios de graduación de las sanciones, y al artículo 131 de la Ley 30/1992 de Régimen Jurídico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
