&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;REGLAMENTO MUNICIPAL REGULADOR DEL SERVICIO PÚBLICO DE TRANSPORTE DE VIAJEROS O VIAJERAS EN AUTOMÓVILES LIGEROS DE ALQUILER CON CONDUCTOR O CONDUCTORA BAJO LA MODALIDAD DE AUTO TAXI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;TÍTULO I.- DISPOCIONES GENERALES. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 1. Ámbito objetivo y territorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto regular el servicio de transporte público de viajeros o viajeras en automóviles ligeros de alquiler con conductor o conductora bajo la modalidad de auto taxi que se preste en el término municipal de Lloseta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 2. Definición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Se entiende por servicio público de auto taxi el servicio prestado por vehículos medido por contador taxímetro, ordinariamente en suelo rústico o urbanizado según la Ley de Régimen del suelo o, en su caso, en el área unificada de servicio, si fuera más amplia que el suelo referido, una vez establecida la delimitación según lo dispuesto en la normativa de ordenación de transporte terrestre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 3. Régimen Jurídico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Para la prestación del servicio regulado en el presente Reglamento, además de las normas en él contenidas, deberán respetarse las previstas en la Ley 16 /1987, de 30 de julio, de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres, el Real Decreto 763 / 1979, de 16 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento nacional de los servicios urbanos e interurbanos de transportes en automóviles ligeros y demás normas complementarias de ámbito estatal o autonómico. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 4. Ámbito subjetivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El presente reglamento es aplicable a todas las personas que presten y utilicen el servicio de transporte público de viajeros o viajeras en automóviles ligeros de alquiler con conductor o conductora bajo la modalidad de auto taxi en el municipio de Lloseta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;TÍTULO II.- DE LAS LICENCIAS MUNICIPALES DE AUTO TAXI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 5. Licencia municipal de auto taxi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Para la prestación del servicio objeto del presente Reglamento será requisito previo estar en posesión de la correspondiente licencia municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La licencia municipal de auto taxi habilitará para la prestación del servicio con un único vehículo, la identificación constará en la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 6. Nuevas licencias municipales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Se establecen TRES licencias de auto taxi para este Municipio. No obstante, mediante acuerdo plenario, se pueden crear nuevas licencias de auto taxi, previa justificación expresa de su necesidad y conveniencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Para acreditar la necesidad y conveniencia, que justificará la creación de nuevas licencias, se tendrá en cuenta cualquier factor que pueda influir en la oferta y la demanda del transporte urbano, como el aumento de la población censada en el término y / o los servicios prestados en el mismo. Concretamente, se analizarán las siguientes cuestiones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. La situación del servicio en calidad y extensión antes del otorgamiento de nuevas licencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. El tipo, extensión y crecimiento del núcleo de población (residencial, turística, industrial, etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Las necesidades reales de un mejor y más extenso servicio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. La repercusión de las nuevas licencias a otorgar en el conjunto del transporte y la circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. El acuerdo de creación de nuevas licencias será publicado en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y expuesto al público por un plazo de 30 días hábiles durante el cual se podrán formular alegaciones y sugerencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. En cualquier caso, el número de licencias de auto taxi de vehículos acondicionados que cubran las necesidades de desplazamiento de las personas con movilidad reducida, se fijará de acuerdo las proporciones indicadas en el artículo 27 del Decreto 20 /2003, de 28 de febrero, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Supresión de Barreras Arquitectónicas . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 7. Solicitantes de licencias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Pueden solicitar licencias de auto taxi: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Los conductores o conductoras asalariados de los o las titulares de una licencia de auto taxi, que presten el servicio con total y exclusiva dedicación a la profesión, acreditada mediante la posesión y vigencia del permiso de conductor o conductora expedido por la entidad local creadora de la licencia, y la inscripción y cotización en tal concepto a la Seguridad Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. Cualquier persona física o jurídica, que esté en posesión del permiso de conducir correspondiente y el permiso municipal de conducir. En el caso de sociedades mercantiles, la posesión de los permisos se exigirá a la persona física que ostente la administración de la entidad, y en los supuestos que la persona jurídica esté constituida por una sociedad anónima laboral o cooperativa de trabajo asociado, se exigirá de las personas físicas integrantes de las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 8. Otorgamiento de licencias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Las licencias de auto taxi, ya sean de nueva creación o no, se otorgarán por concurso, previa convocatoria pública que garantice la libre concurrencia entre los interesados en el otorgamiento, o por transmisión de licencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Expresamente se prohíbe la posibilidad de que una licencia pueda ser otorgada a más de un titular o vehículo afectado a la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 9. Otorgamiento por concurso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. La competencia para iniciar el procedimiento de otorgamiento de licencias municipales para concurso corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Simultáneamente a la aprobación de la convocatoria del concurso, se aprobarán unas balsas conforme a las cuales se adjudicarán las licencias municipales de auto taxi, y que necesariamente tendrán el siguiente contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Requisitos para formular la solicitud y forma de acreditarlos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Indicación de los órganos competentes para la instrucción y resolución del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Plazo, lugar y forma o medios de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Plazo de resolución y notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Documentos e informaciones que deben acompañarse a la petición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Criterios de adjudicación de las solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Medio de notificación o publicación, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. Para adjudicar las licencias de auto taxi, el Ayuntamiento se someterá a la siguiente prelación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. A favor de los solicitantes del apartado a) del artículo 7 por rigurosa y continuada antigüedad acreditada en el término municipal de Lloseta. Esta continuidad quedará interrumpida cuando voluntariamente se abandone la profesión de conductor o conductora asalariado por plazo igual o superior a seis meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. A favor de las personas físicas o jurídicas, aquellas licencias que no se adjudiquen de acuerdo con el apartado anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 10. Transmisibilidad de las licencias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Las licencias municipales de auto taxi sólo se pueden transmitir en los siguientes supuestos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Por la muerte del o la titular, a favor de su cónyuge viudo o herederos legítimos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. Cuando el cónyuge viudo o herederos legitimarios y el jubilado no puedan explotar las licencias como actividad única y exclusiva, y previa autorización del Ayuntamiento, en favor de los solicitantes señalados en el artículo 12 del Real Decreto 763/1979, de 16 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento Nacional de los Servicios Urbanos e Interurbanos de Transportes en Automóviles Ligeros, teniendo en todo caso derecho de tanteo cualquier otro heredero forzoso en posesión del permiso local de conductor o conductora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La adquisición de licencias por vía hereditaria no faculta por sí misma para la prestación del servicio sin la concurrencia de los demás requisitos exigidos para el ejercicio de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Cuando se imposibilite para el ejercicio profesional el o la titular de la licencia por motivo de enfermedad, accidente u otros que puedan calificarse de fuerza mayor (entre ellos la retirada definitiva del permiso de conducir necesario) , a tener en cuenta en su expediente, en favor de los solicitantes del apartado anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. Cuando la licencia tenga una antigüedad superior a cinco años, el o la titular la puede transmitir, previa autorización del Ayuntamiento, al Conductor o conductora asalariado con permiso de conducir y ejercicio en la profesión durante un año, el primero no podrá obtener una nueva licencia en este Ayuntamiento en el plazo de diez años, ni el adquirente transmitirla de nuevo si no se dan los supuestos anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Además de los requisitos anteriores relativos a los posibles adquirentes, en el supuesto de transmisión de licencias titularidad de personas jurídicas será necesario que tengan una antigüedad de 5 años y que enajenen la totalidad de sus títulos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. La transmisibilidad de las licencias de auto taxi quedará, en todo caso, condicionada al pago de los tributos y sanciones pecuniarias que recaigan sobre el o la titular transmitente para el ejercicio de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. Para transmitir las licencias en todos los casos de excepción admitidos, deberá formular la petición por escrito a la Corporación acreditando de forma suficiente la causa que motiva la transmisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. Para la validez de las transmisiones de licencia, se requerirá: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Justificar ante la Corporación el pago del Impuesto sobre Transmisiones o la solicitud o declaración para su liquidación. La citada justificación deberá presentarse antes de que transcurran diez días a partir del vencimiento del plazo legalmente señalado para declarar la transmisión o solicitar la liquidación para el pago del impuesto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. Haber pagado la tasa correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Haber sido designado para ostentar la titularidad con poder dispositivo de licencia, en caso de que sean varios los favorecidos por ella en la transmisión mortis causa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. En el caso de que el heredero o la heredera sea menor de edad, deberá constar en la licencia, a efectos administrativos, su o su representante legal hasta que el heredero o la heredera llegue a la mayoría de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;5. Expresamente se prohíbe la posibilidad de que las licencias sean arrendadas, cedidas o traspasadas, excepto en los supuestos, requisitos y condiciones establecidos en este artículo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;6. Las transmisiones de licencia que contravengan lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores serán causa de revocación de la licencia por parte de la Corporación, después de que se haya tramitado el correspondiente expediente que podrá iniciarse de oficio, a instancia de las centrales sindicales y asociaciones profesionales de la localidad o de cualquier interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 11. Duración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Las licencias tendrán una duración indefinida sin perjuicio de las causas de caducidad, revocación y anulación establecidas en este reglamento y en la legislación general que resulte de aplicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 12. Caducidad y Revocación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. La licencia caducará por renuncia expresa de su titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Esta renuncia, para salir efectos, deberá ser aceptada por la Corporación. Se entenderá aceptada la renuncia si transcurrido un mes desde su formulación el Ayuntamiento no ha dictado resolución expresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Constituyen causas por las que el Ayuntamiento de Lloseta declarará revocada y retirará las licencias a sus titulares las siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Utilizar el vehículo de una clase determinada a otra diferente de aquella para la que está autorizado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. Dejar de prestar servicio al público durante treinta días consecutivos o setenta días alternos durante el período de un año, salvo que se acrediten razones justificadas y por escrito ante la Corporación. El descanso anual que se establezca en el Decreto a que hace referencia el artículo 42 del presente Reglamento estará comprendido en las razones antes mencionadas, no pudiendo encontrarse al mismo tiempo de vacaciones más del 10 % de los titulares de las licencias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. No tener el o la titular de la licencia la póliza de seguro en vigor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. Incumplir reiteradamente las disposiciones sobre revisión periódica a que hace referencia el presente Reglamento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;e. El arrendamiento, alquiler o apoderamiento de las licencias que suponga una explotación no autorizada por este reglamento y las transferencias de licencias que no están previstas, aunque el hecho sea denunciado por el o la titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;f. Incumplir las funciones inherentes a la licencia y demás disposiciones que hagan referencia a la propiedad del vehículo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;g. Contratar personal asalariado sin el permiso municipal de conducir o sin el alta y cotización a la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. La caducidad, revocación y retirada de la licencia se acordará por el órgano municipal competente, previa tramitación del expediente sancionador, el cual podrá iniciarse de oficio o a instancia de las Centrales Sindicales, Agrupaciones Profesionales y Asociaciones de Consumidores y usuario o usuarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. La declaración de caducidad, revocación y retirada de la licencia, con independencia de la causa, no generará derecho indemnizatorio a favor del titular de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 13. Licencias vacantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Las licencias que queden vacantes serán objeto de transmisión por concurso de acuerdo con las reglas establecidas en el presente Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 14. Registro Municipal de licencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Se creará un registro o fichero de las licencias municipales de auto taxi existentes donde se harán constar las diferentes incidencias relativas a sus titulares, conductor o conductora y vehículos adscritos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;A estos efectos, los titulares de las licencias de auto taxi y la Policía Local están obligados a comunicar cualquier vicisitud o incidencia que afecte al servicio en el plazo máximo de dos días desde su producción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El servicio municipal encargado de este registro será la Policía Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;TITULO III. - DEL PERSONAL AFECTO AL SERVICIO DE AUTO TAXI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 15. Requisitos de los conductores o conductoras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Los vehículos adscritos a las licencias de auto taxi sólo podrán ser conducidos por el conductor o conductora que reúnan las condiciones legales y reglamentariamente exigidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;En este sentido, el o la titular de la licencia, en cualquier momento, ya requerimiento del Ayuntamiento, deberá acreditar dentro del plazo que se le otorgue al efecto, que cumple los requisitos exigidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2 . El vehículo adscrito a la licencia podrá ser conducido por o la titular de la licencia o por un conductor o conductora asalariado que tenga el permiso municipal de conducir expedido por este Ayuntamiento y afiliado a la Seguridad Social en régimen de total y exclusiva dedicación y de incompatibilidad con otra profesión. Sólo se podrán autorizar un máximo de dos conductores o conductoras excluido el o la titular, por licencia. El o la titular de licencia comunicará al Ayuntamiento, mediante escrito presentado en el Registro General, las altas y las bajas, incluidas las suyas, los conductores o conductoras del vehículo adscrito a la licencia de su titularidad y cualquier incidencia establecida en este artículo en el plazo de dos días desde que se produzcan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El Ayuntamiento no reconocerá ningún conductor o conductora si no se han producido la comunicación anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. En base a las comunicaciones anteriores se hará el cómputo de la antigüedad a efectos de la concesión de nuevas licencias o traspaso de las actuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 16. Permiso Municipal de Conductor o Conductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Para conducir vehículos adscritos a una licencia municipal de auto taxi es necesario, además de los requisitos legales y reglamentariamente exigidos, disponer del permiso municipal de auto taxi que a tal efecto expedirá el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Para obtener el permiso municipal de conductor o conductora del interesado o interesada deberá reunir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Tener nacionalidad española o de un estado miembro de la Unión Europea o de otro país extranjero con el que, en virtud de lo establecido en Tratados o Convenios internacionales suscritos por España, no sea exigible este requisito. b. Tener permiso de conductor o conductora de automóviles de la clase BTP o superior, de acuerdo con la legislación vigente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Certificado médico acreditativo de no padecer enfermedad infecto contagiosa o impedimento físico que imposibilite o dificulte el normal ejercicio de la profesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. Conocer las principales vías públicas y lugares de interés turístico, ubicación de locales públicos de recreo, oficinas municipales, hoteles principales e itinerarios más directos para llegar al lugar de destino. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;e. Conocer la normativa de circulación en vigor, la normativa de la Corporación relativa al servicio y las tarifas aplicables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Las circunstancias expresadas en los apartados d) y e) del párrafo anterior, se acreditará mediante la prueba de aptitud a la que se refiere el número 3 de este artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. La prueba de aptitud y el examen para obtener el carnet será competencia de la Corporación. Como mínimo se realizará una cada tres años. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía se fijará el plazo&amp;nbsp; el lugar y la fecha máxima para apuntarse, así como las fechas de celebración de la prueba y el examen. Esta Resolución será publicada en el BOIB con una antelación mínima de 15 días a la fecha prevista para la realización de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 17. - Renovación y pérdida de eficacia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Los carnés de conducción de los vehículos a que se refiere el artículo anterior deberán ser presentados cada cinco años para su revisión que consistirá con la comprobación del mantenimiento de los requisitos exigidos para su obtención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La revisión del permiso será solicitada por el interesado antes de que expire su vigencia e implicará el pago de las exacciones municipales establecidas en las Ordenanzas Fiscales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Los permisos municipal caducará en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Cuando se jubile o la titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. Cuando el permiso de conducción de automóviles sea retirado o no se solicite o supere la revisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Por no haber ejercido habitualmente la profesión de conductor o conductora de auto taxi. A estos efectos se entenderá que concurre habitualidad cuando ejerza la profesión durante un período continuo de doce meses o bien durante la suma de veinte y cuatro mesas discontinuos durante el periodo de cinco años, salvo que concurran causas de fuerza mayor debidamente acreditada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. En los casos previstos en la Ley de Seguridad Vial y reglamentos de circulación, de conductor o conductora o de vehículos y otras disposiciones en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. - Podrán ser suspendidos o retirados temporalmente en los casos de sanción previstos en el presente reglamento o cuando sea suspendido o retirado temporalmente el permiso de conducción a que se refiere el apartado b) del párrafo 2 del artículo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;TÍTULO IV.- DE LOS VEHÍCULOS Y DE SU PROPIEDAD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 18. Titularidad del vehículo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El vehículo adscrito a la licencia local que autoriza la prestación del servicio público regulado en el presente Reglamento, figurará en el Registro de la Dirección General de Tráfico a nombre del o la titular de esta licencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 19. Sustitución del vehículo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Los titulares de la licencia municipal podrán sustituir el vehículo adscrito a la misma por otro, previa autorización del Ayuntamiento, que la otorgará una vez comprobadas las condiciones técnicas de seguridad y de conservación del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. La persona titular que pretenda la sustitución del vehículo adscrito a la licencia lo comunicará formalmente al Ayuntamiento y se entenderá denegada la autorización si el Ayuntamiento en el plazo de un mes no ha dictado resolución expresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. Obligatoriamente, deberá proceder a la sustitución del vehículo adscrito a la licencia cuando éste tenga una antigüedad de 10 años desde la fecha de matriculación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 20. Transmisión del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La transmisión intervivos del vehículo, con independencia de la licencia municipal a la que esté adscrito, llevará implícita la anulación&amp;nbsp; de la misma, excepto que en el plazo de tres meses desde la transmisión, el transmitente adscriba a la licencia otro vehículo de su propiedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 21. Requisitos de los vehículos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Sólo se podrán adscribir a la licencia municipal de auto taxi los turismos que, con una antigüedad inferior a dos años a contar desde la primera matriculación obtengan la autorización del Ayuntamiento, previa comprobación de las condiciones técnicas de seguridad y conservación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Además, deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Carrocería cerrada, con puertas de fácil acceso y funcionamiento que facilite la maniobra con suavidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Las dimensiones mínimas y las características del interior del vehículo y de los asientos serán las precisas para proporcionar al usuario o usuaria la seguridad y comodidad suficientes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Tanto las puertas delanteras como las traseras tendrán ventanillas que garanticen la visibilidad, luminosidad y ventilación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Las ventanillas deben ser de material transparente y laminados, igualmente tendrán mecanismos para accionarlas a voluntad de los particulares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Tener instalado un alumbrado eléctrico interno que suficiente para la visión de documentos y monedas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Tener extintores de incendio, de conformidad con la legislación vigente aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Pueden equipararse con mamparas de seguridad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Tener herramientas propias para reparar las averías más frecuentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Llevar en un lugar visible para el usuario o usuaria las tarifas vigentes y los suplementos aplicables a cada kilometraje. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 22. Conservación y limpieza. Destino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. El o la titular deberá mantener el vehículo en perfecto estado de conservación y limpieza, de tal manera que en todo momento cumpla los requisitos establecidos en el presente Reglamento, así como en el resto de normas, bandos e instrucciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. El vehículo destinado a la prestación del servicio de auto taxi en ningún caso se podrá utilizar para ningún tipo de actividad comercial o industrial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Queda prohibido su uso para el transporte de mercancías o animales, salvo los paquetes y equipaje que lleve el usuario o usuaria, así como los animales domésticos que acompañen al pasajero, que en este último supuesto serán admitidos a criterio del conductor o conductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;No obstante, durante los días de vacaciones, permisos o cualquier otro supuesto justificado, el vehículo podrá ser utilizado para fines familiares o particulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 23. Capacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;En cualquier caso, la capacidad de los vehículos que presten el servicio de auto taxi no excederá de cinco plazas, incluida la del conductor o conductora, excepto que se trate de adaptados para personas con movilidad reducida, que podrán tener una capacidad máxima de siete plazas, dos de las cuales deberán estar reservadas a los mecanismos de anclaje para silla de ruedas, si bien no se pueden transportar más de cinco personas, incluido el conductor o conductora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La capacidad máxima deberá figurar tanto en el permiso de circulación como en la ficha técnica del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 24. Colores y distintivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Los vehículos que presten el servicio de taxi dentro del ámbito de aplicación de este Reglamento deberán ser de color blanco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Llevarán un distintivo de color verde, de 10 centímetros de ancho, que cruzará las puertas delanteras del vehículo con una franja vertical. Integrado a este distintivo se colocará el escudo municipal oficial y en la parte inferior del escudo municipal el número de licencia utilizando cifras de cinco centímetros de altura y anchura proporcionada de color negro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El número de licencia municipal correspondiente también se colocará en la parte posterior derecha del vehículo, utilizando cifras de cinco centímetros de altura y anchura proporcionada de color negro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. En el interior del vehículo llevarán, de forma visible, una placa distintiva que conste el número de licencia, matrícula y capacidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 25. Publicidad interior y exterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. No se podrán contratar ni colocar anuncios publicitarios en el interior del vehículo adscrito a la licencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. La publicidad en el exterior quedará condicionada a la autorización municipal conforme a lo dispuesto en el Código de la circulación y demás normativa aplicable. La permitida deberá situarse, en cualquier caso, a las puertas traseras del vehículo con unas dimensiones máximas de 75 x 50 cm. La publicidad exterior deberá ser respetuosa con la dignidad de la persona, no vulnerar valores y derechos constitucionalmente reconocidos y, especialmente, los que hacen referencia a la infancia, a la juventud ya la mujer. Sin embargo, se prohíbe la publicidad engañosa y / o desleal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 26. Taxímetros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Los auto taxis deberán ir provistos de un aparato taxímetro que permita la aplicación de las tarifas vigentes en cada momento, debidamente precintado y comprobado, situado en la parte delantera del interior de la carrocería, de forma que en todo momento resulte completamente visible para el viajero o viajera y le sea posible leer la tarifa y el precio, para lo cual deberá estar iluminado a partir de la puesta hasta la salida del sol. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El taxímetro entrará en funcionamiento en la bajada de la bandera o elemento mecánico que la sustituya. La posición de punto muerto interrumpe la continuidad del contador definitivamente cuando finalice el servicio o provisionalmente durante el tiempo de accidente, avería, reposición de carburante u otros motivos no imputables al usuario, pudiendo este aparato, después de resuelto el incidente, volver a funcionar sin necesidad de proceder a bajar nuevamente la bandera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La implantación de dicho taxímetro tendrá carácter obligatorio desde la aprobación definitiva del presente Reglamento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 27. Dispositivos de seguridad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El Ayuntamiento podrá autorizar la instalación en los vehículos que prestan el servicio de auto taxi, de dispositivos de seguridad que estime adecuados y necesarios, como puedan ser las mamparas de separación entre el conductor o conductora y los usuarios o usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Sólo se permitirá la colocación de aquellos dispositivos de seguridad que cuenten con la debida homologación y que no supongan la alteración sustancial del resto de características y condiciones exigidas a los vehículos en el presente Reglamento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El órgano municipal determinará las condiciones y forma de colocación de los indicados dispositivos, que en todo caso deben permitir el pago de las tarifas desde el interior del vehículo y la comunicación verbal con el conductor o conductora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Sin embargo, el Ayuntamiento de Lloseta está facultado para exigir, por justificadas razones de seguridad, la instalación en los vehículos de auto taxi de un sistema de conexión con la Policía Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 28. Revisión municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. No se autorizará la puesta en servicio de los vehículos sin que previamente los servicios municipales competentes no hayan revisado si cumplen las condiciones exigidas en el presente Reglamento, especialmente en materia de seguridad, técnicas de comodidad, conservación y documentación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Independientemente de la revisión prevista en el párrafo anterior, los vehículos adscritos al servicio de auto taxi deberán pasar una revisión anual ante los servicios municipales competentes, con el fin de comprobar el estado del vehículo y constatar los datos de la documentación del vehículo, del o la titular y los conductores o conductoras y comprobar si coinciden con las que figuran en el Registro Municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. No obstante lo anterior, en cualquier momento se podrán realizar revisiones extraordinarias y acordar inspecciones periódicas que no supondrán ninguna liquidación ni cobro de tasa, aunque sí pueden motivar el inicio de un expediente sancionador y la imposición de la correspondiente sanción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. En el acto de revisión deberán comparecer personalmente los titulares de las licencias o sus conductor o conductora asalariados que figuren inscritos con la siguiente documentación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Permiso de circulación expedido por la Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico, en su caso, haber pasado la correspondiente ITV. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. Ficha técnica del vehículo expedida por el Servicio Territorial de Industria a la corriente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Tarjeta de transporte (VT) vigente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. Licencia municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;e. Permiso de conducción exigido por la legislación vigente expedita por la Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico y vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;f. Permiso municipal de conductor o conductora de vehículos de auto taxi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;g. Documentación en vigor del aparato taxímetro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;h. Póliza de seguro en vigor que cubra los riesgos exigidos por la legislación vigente, acompañado del justificante de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;y. Boletín de cotización o certificación suficiente para acreditar que el personal asalariado está de alta en la Seguridad Social de forma permanente e ininterrumpida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;j. En su caso, declaración responsable de no tener conductor o conductora asalariados a su servicio, firmada personalmente por el o la titular de la licencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;5. Si en cualquiera de estas revisiones los servicios municipales observan deficiencias, otorgarán un plazo de quince días para su subsanación, sin perjuicio, en su caso, el inicio de un expediente sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;TÍTULO V.- DE LAS CONDICIONES DE LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE AUTO TAXI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 29. Explotación de la licencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Los titulares de una licencia de auto taxi lo han de explotar personalmente o conjuntamente mediante la contratación de conductor o conductora asalariados, que tengan el permiso municipal de conducir expedido por este Ayuntamiento y afiliados a la Seguridad Social en régimen de total y exclusiva dedicación y de incompatibilidad con otra profesión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Cuando no se pueda cumplir esta obligación, procede la transmisibilidad de la licencia de conformidad con lo previsto en este Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;En el supuesto de que la no prestación del servicio sea por causa mayor, el o la titular de la licencia puede solicitar una autorización, previamente justificada, porque el servicio de auto taxi pueda prestar otro titular; esta autorización tendrá una duración máxima de 2 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 30. Inicio de la prestación del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Los titulares de una licencia municipal de auto taxi comenzarán a prestar el servicio en el plazo de sesenta días naturales, a contar desde la fecha de la concesión, y con el vehículo vinculado a ésta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. En el caso de no poder cumplir esta obligación, el o la titular justificará ante el Ayuntamiento los motivos y solicitará una prórroga por escrito para la concesión de un segundo plazo que no podrá ser superior a sesenta días más.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. La finalización del plazo indicado en el primer párrafo sin haber solicitado prórroga y la finalización de la prorroga otorgada sin que se haya iniciado la prestación del servicio, determinará la transmisibilidad de la licencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 31.- Documentación en el vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Los vehículos adscritos al servicio deberán disponer durante la prestación del servicio de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a . Relativos al vehículo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Licencia de auto taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Placa con el número de licencia municipal y la indicación del número de plazas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Permiso de circulación del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Pólizas de seguro en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b . Relativos al conductor o conductora:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Plano de calles de los municipios principales y plano turístico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Dirección o emplazamiento de hospitales, dispensarios, comisarías de policía, Guardia Civil, cuarteles de bomberos y otros servicios de urgencia y centros oficiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Ejemplar oficial de la tarifa de los precios vigentes o Talonario de recibos homologados por la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Los documentos antes mencionados deberán ser exhibidos por el conductor o conductora a los agentes de la autoridad o inspectores del Servicio de Taxi, que sean requeridos a hacerlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Los titulares de los servicios y actividades regulados en este reglamento estarán obligados a facilitar a los agentes de la autoridad que estén ejerciendo sus funciones, la inspección de sus vehículos e instalaciones y el examen de los documentos, libros de contabilidad y datos estadísticos que estén obligados a llevar, en la medida en que esta inspección sea necesaria para verificar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contenidas en este texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;A tal efecto, los servicios de inspección podrán obtener la documentación que consideren necesaria para el mejor cumplimiento de su función en la propia empresa o bien requerir su presentación en las oficinas municipales o de la Policía Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. El incumplimiento por parte de los titulares de las licencias de las obligaciones establecidas en el presente artículo se considerará negativa u obstrucción a la actuación inspectora, sancionable como infracción muy grave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. La falsedad y la constancia en estos documentos de datos inexactos o incompletos se sancionará de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente reglamento, sin perjuicio de que si se observa la existencia de delito o falta, se pase el tanto de culpa a los tribunales de justicia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 32. Contratación del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La contratación del servicio de auto taxi se puede realizar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Mediante la realización de una señal de que el conductor o conductora del vehículo suba percibir, momento en que se entenderá contratado el servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Mediante la realización de una llamada a la centralita correspondiente. En este caso, se entenderá contratado el servicio cuando el conductor o conductora acepte prestarlo. El taxímetro se activará al momento que el pasajero o pasajera pueda al vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Ningún auto taxi se puede contratar a una distancia inferior a 50 metros de una parada donde existan vehículos libres, salvo el caso de personas discapacitadas o con paquetes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 33. Paradas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Se regularán por Resolución de Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 34. Contratación mediante llamada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. En el momento que los usuarios o usuarias soliciten un vehículo auto taxi en una parada dotada de teléfono, deberán indicar su nombre, dirección y número de teléfono para que se pueda efectuar la oportuna comprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Para este servicio se deberá abonar lo que marque el taxímetro desde que el viajero o viajera pueda al vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. Además de los sistemas tradicionales de contratación de auto taxi, el alcalde presidente de la Corporación podrá autorizar la contratación mediante cualquier otra forma como teléfono, radio, radiotransmisor, expresado en el apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. La contratación a través de sistemas de teléfono, radio, etc. que precisen la existencia de personas o estructuras intermedias, además de la autorización expresada en el párrafo anterior, requerirá la autorización de la instalación y puesta en funcionamiento por parte del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, todo ello independientemente de las correspondientes autorizaciones de otros organismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 35. Señalizaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Cuando los vehículos auto- taxis no estén ocupados, ya sea en las paradas o en circulación, indicarán su situación de &amp;quot;Libre&amp;quot; a través del parabrisas con un cartel en que conste a esta palabra. De noche llevarán encendida la luz verde o roja encendida según la situación de &amp;quot;Libre&amp;quot; o &amp;quot;Ocupado&amp;quot; del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Los conductores o conductoras de auto- taxis deberán llevar un cartel que prohíba fumar en los usuarios o usuarias, y esta prohibición afectará también al conductor o conductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 36. Negativa a prestar el servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. El conductor o conductora de vehículos de auto taxi que sea solicitado personalmente o por teléfono para prestar un servicio, no se podrá negar sin justa causa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. A estos efectos, se considerará justa causa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Ser requerido por individuos perseguidos por la Policía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. Ser solicitado para transportar un número de personas superior al de las plazas autorizadas para el vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Ser requerido para prestar el servicio por vías intransitables que ofrezcan peligro para la seguridad e integridad tanto de los ocupantes como del propio conductor o conductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. Cuando cualquiera de los viajeros o viajeras se encuentre en estado de manifiesta embriaguez, salvo en los casos de peligro grave o inminente para su vida o integridad física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;e. Cuando las maletas, equipajes o paquetes que lleven los pasajeros no quepan en la baca o en el portaequipajes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. En cualquier caso, los conductores o conductoras observarán con el público un comportamiento correcto y, a requerimiento del usuario o usuaria, deberán justificar la negativa ante un o una agente de la autoridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Asimismo, los conductores o conductoras podrán solicitar la identificación del usuario o usuaria ante el agente de la autoridad, cuando tengan sospechas fundadas para hacerlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. El conductor o conductora del auto- taxi que sea requerido para prestar un servicio a invidentes o minusválidos , no se podrá negar el hecho de que vayan acompañados de perros guía o de silla de ruedas . Este apartado, dado que se considera una infracción muy grave, supone la retirada de la licencia municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 37. - Maletas y equipaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Los conductores o conductoras no podrán impedir que los clientes lleven en el coche maletas u otros bultos de equipaje normal, siempre que quepan en la baca o del vehículo, no lo deterioren y no infrinjan con ello ninguna otra normativa en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 38. - Itinerario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Los conductores o conductoras deberán seguir el itinerario indicado por el pasajero o pasajera, siempre que pueda hacerse sin incumplir las normas de circulación y, en defecto de indicación expresa, por el camino más corto en distancia y tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. En las zonas de urbanización incompleta o deficiente, o en zonas rurales de viviendas vacacionales o similares, los conductor o conductores no estarán obligados a circular perlas vías que sean manifiestamente intransitables o que ofrezcan peligro evidente para la seguridad del vehículo o de los pasajeros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 39. - Comprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Después de cada recorrido o en el transcurso del trayecto, si es preciso, los conductores o conductoras de los vehículos los examinarán antes de que los viajeros o viajeras que los abandonen hayan alejado, a fin de comprobar si han olvidado o dejado nada dentro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Si posteriormente el conductor o conductora encuentra algún objeto, lo llevará a las dependencias de la Policía Local de Lloseta de forma inmediata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 40.- Otras obligaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Cuando los conductores o conductoras presten un servicio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Ayudarán a los niños, personas mayores, minusválidas o enfermas a subir o bajar del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. Recogerán o colocarán adecuadamente las maletas, equipaje u otros bultos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Encenderán la luz interior durante las tardes para facilitar la subida, bajada y pago del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. Bajará el volumen del aparato receptor de radio a petición del pasajero, y también, si dispone, del aparato emisor -receptor de la emisora de taxi, para que pueda ser sentida sólo por el conductor o conductora y no por pasaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Durante la prestación del servicio, en ninguna ocasión y bajo ningún concepto los conductores o conductoras proferir ofensas verbales o mantendrán discusiones que alteren el orden, ya sea entre ellos, con los pasajeros o con el público en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 41. - Vestimenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Los conductores o conductoras deberán vestir adecuadamente y pulcramente durante las horas de servicio, deberán tener cuidado de su higiene personal, no utilizar pantalones cortos, camisa o camiseta sin mangas, ni indumentaria poco adecuada para dar una buena imagen del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 42. - Horarios, calendarios y descansos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El Alcalde, mediante Decreto, podrá establecer las medidas de organización y de ordenación del servicio en materia de horarios, calendarios y descansos que considere convenientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 43. - Imposibilidad de prestar el servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La imposibilidad de prestar el servicio por períodos superiores a un mes por causa de fuerza mayor deberá ser comunicada inmediatamente por los conductores o conductoras o por los titulares de las licencias a la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 44. - Lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Los conductores o conductoras deberán respetar y admitir el derecho del uso de las lenguas catalana y castellana que hagan los usuarios o usuarias. Es indispensable conocer a ambas a un nivel suficiente para atender las indicaciones necesarias para el cumplimiento del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 45. - Transporte de personas enfermas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Las personas que se encuentren afectadas de una enfermedad infecciosa deberán ser transportadas en ambulancia. Cuando el conductor o conductora de un vehículo de turismo dedicado al transporte público de viajeros o viajeras sea requerido para trasladar a una persona que padezca una enfermedad de ese tipo, deberá negarse cortésmente a prestar el servicio y deberá aconsejar la el uso del transporte sanitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Si, una vez efectuado el servicio, el o la titular de la licencia se da cuenta de que la persona que transportaba padecía una enfermedad infecciosa contagiosa, estará obligado a comunicarlo a la autoridad sanitaria, la cual ordenará la inmediata desinfección del vehículo que no podrá ser utilizado hasta que haya terminado la desinfección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;TÍTULO VI.- RÉGIMEN TARIFARIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 46. Establecimiento y revisión de tarifas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. El régimen tarifario aplicable a los servicios urbanos regulados en el presente Reglamento será fijado por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, previa audiencia de las asociaciones profesionales del sector.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Estas tarifas, que entrarán en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, serán vinculantes para los titulares de licencias, sus conductores o conductoras y los usuarios o usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;En la fijación de tarifas, el Ayuntamiento podrá establecer los suplementos y / o complementos (nocturnidad, festivos, etc.) que considere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Para la revisión de tarifas se seguirá el mismo procedimiento que para su establecimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. En cuanto a las tarifas aplicables al transporte interurbano se estará a lo que establezca la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 47. Visibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Las tarifas aplicables en cada momento serán públicas y se les dará la difusión adecuada; éstas deberán ser visibles desde el interior de los vehículos para información los usuarios o usuarias, y también en un panel exterior a cada una de las paradas que se establezcan reglamentariamente, a las que habrá también los suplementos y las tarifas especiales que proceda aplicar para determinados servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 48. Incorporación al taxímetro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Las tarifas máximas autorizadas deben incorporarse obligatoriamente al taxímetro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 49. Abono tarifas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. El usuario o usuaria efectuará el pago del importe del servicio en el momento en que finalice el servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Los conductores o conductoras de vehículos estarán obligados a extender un recibo por el importe del servicio cuando los usuarios o usuarias lo soliciten. Este recibo deberá ajustarse al modelo oficial homologado por la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. En el caso de avería o accidente que imposibilite la continuación del servicio, el viajero o viajera, que podrá pedir su comprobación a los agentes de la autoridad, deberá abonar la cantidad que marque el taxímetro hasta el momento de la avería o accidente, descontando el importe de bajada de bandera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. Se prohíbe a conductor o conductora exigir o pedir directamente o indirectamente, bajo ningún pretexto, mayor remuneración de aquella que corresponda según la tarifa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;TÍTULO VII.- PROCEDIMIENTO SANCIONADOR. INFRACCIONES I SANCIONES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 50. Procedimiento Sancionador. Legitimación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. El ejercicio de la potestad sancionadora y la imposición de sanciones en materia del servicio regulado en el presente Reglamento corresponde a los órganos del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta y se desarrollará de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido en el Decreto Ley 14/1994 de 10 de febrero , Reglamento del procedimiento a seguir en el ejercicio de la potestad sancionadora , el Real Decreto 1398/1993 , de 4 de agosto , que aprueba el Reglamento del Procedimiento para el Ejercicio de la potestad sancionadora y la Ley 30 /1992, de 26 de noviembre , de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Cualquier persona, particular, central sindical, agrupación profesional o asociación de consumidores y usuarios o usuarias podrá denunciar la comisión de hechos que puedan ser constitutivos de una infracción de los preceptos de este Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Los agentes de la autoridad están obligados a formular la denuncia cuando tengan conocimiento de la comisión de un hecho que pueda constituir una infracción del presente Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 51. Órganos competentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. El procedimiento se iniciará mediante Decreto de Alcaldía, de oficio o como consecuencia de orden superior, comunicación de otros órganos o presentación de denuncia por cualquier persona o entidad legitimada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El Decreto de inicio se pronunciará, en su caso, sobre la adopción, suspensión o prórroga de la vigencia de medidas provisionales, dando traslado de las mismas al afectado, que dispondrá de un plazo de 2 días para alegar al que estime conveniente al respecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. La competencia para la resolución del procedimiento sancionador corresponde a la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 52. - Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La resolución que se dicte pondrá fin a la vía administrativa y será inmediatamente ejecutiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 53. - Responsables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La responsabilidad administrativa por las infracciones cometidas contra este Reglamento corresponderá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. A las personas titulares de la licencia municipal de auto taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. En las infracciones cometidas en relación a la actividad regulada en este reglamento sin tener la licencia correspondiente , a la persona titular del vehículo con el que se haya efectuado el transporte o el titular del establecimiento en el que se haya efectuado la mediación no autorizada .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. En las infracciones cometidas por el conductor o conductora de vehículos que no sean los titulares de la licencia, a la persona a la que vaya dirigido el precepto infringido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La responsabilidad se exigirá, en cada caso, a las citadas personas, sin perjuicio del derecho de éstas a alegar en su descargo, quien es la persona materialmente imputable y trasladarle, en su caso, esta responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 54. - Prescripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Las infracciones muy graves prescribirán a los tres años, las graves a los dos años y las leves a los seis meses a contar desde el día de su comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Las sanciones impuestas por infracciones muy graves prescribirán a los tres años, las impuestas por faltas graves a los dos años y las impuestas por faltas leves al año. El plazo empezará a contar desde el día siguiente a aquel en que sea firme la resolución que impone la sanción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. La prescripción se apreciará de oficio, sin perjuicio de que pueda ser alegada su declaración por el interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. La prescripción de las infracciones o sanciones no afecta a la obligación de restaurar la realidad física afectada y de indemnizar los daños y perjuicios causados .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 55. - Clasificación de las infracciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Las infracciones de las normas contenidas en este Reglamento se clasificarán en leves, graves y muy graves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 56. Infracciones leves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Tendrán la consideración de infracciones leves, las siguientes acciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Falta de cuidado en la higiene personal del conductor o conductora y / o vestir de manera inadecuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. Falta de cuidado en la limpieza interior y exterior del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Discutir con compañeros de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. No llevar la documentación y dotación exigida en este reglamento, independientemente de la causa que haya motivado esta carencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;e. Deterioro de alguno de los distintivos indicados en este reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;f. Abandonar el vehículo en la parada y estar el conductor o conductora ausente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;g. No situarse lo más cerca posible del borde de la acera para recoger o dejar viajero o viajeras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;h. Bajar el volumen o desconectar el receptor del aparato de radio cuando sea requerido por el usuario o usuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;y. No exhibir las tarifas en el interior del vehículo en un lugar visible para el usuario, o que su tamaño o deterioro dificulten su lectura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;j. No llevar moneda fraccionaria suficiente para el cambio de 100 € o negarse a bajar del vehículo para obtener.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;k. Llevar una iluminación insuficiente en el interior del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;l. Negarse a abrir o cerrar los vidrios, a petición del usuario o usuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;m. No ayudar a subir o bajar de los vehículos, las personas mayores, enfermas, minusválidas o niños.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;n. No recoger o entregar maletas, equipaje u otros bultos que lleve el usuario o usuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;o. Colocar o estibar el equipaje de forma inadecuada de forma que se pueda deteriorar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;p. No respetar el orden de preferencia en las paradas y los usuarios o usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;q. Cualquiera de las infracciones previstas en el apartado siguiente, que para el su naturaleza, ocasión o circunstancia, no deba ser calificada de grave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 57. - Infracciones graves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Tendrán la consideración de infracciones graves, las siguientes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. No cumplir las órdenes concretas del itinerario marcado por el viajero o viajera y recorrer innecesariamente mayores distancias para rendir el servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. No presentar el vehículo en orden de servicio cuando se está ejerciendo la actividad de transporte público de viajero o viajeras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Usar palabras o gestos groseros y de amenaza en su trato con los usuarios o usuarias o dirigidas a los peatones o conductor o conductora de otros vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. La comisión de tres faltas leves en el período de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;e. No asistir a la parada durante una semana sin causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;f. Coger pasajeros fuera del término municipal&amp;nbsp; salvo acuerdos con otros municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;g. Contratar el servicio, por radio teléfono, en el ámbito superior al municipio de Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;h. Incumplir, tanto en exceso como por defecto, el horario de trabajo, el descanso semanal o las vacaciones (cuando éstos se estipulen y acuerden).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;i. Cobrar por asiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;j. No responsabilizarse de la prestación del servicio a la persona que haya dado una llamada telefónica después de solicitarlo sin causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;k. Cobrar&amp;nbsp; la entidad mediadora en la contratación del servicio de radio teléfono, tarifas superiores a las autorizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;l. No tener libro de reclamaciones o negar u entorpecer su uso a los usuarios o usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;m. Efectuar un transporte público con reiteración de itinerario y horario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;n. Exigir un nuevo importe cuando el usuario o usuaria rectifique el lugar de final de la carrera o si, antes de que ésta finalice, bajara un acompañante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;o. No admitir el número de viajeros o viajeras legalmente autorizado o admitir un número superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;p. No presentar el vehículo a inspección a requerimiento de la autoridad o de sus agentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;q. No respetar el turno de parada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;r. No tener portaequipajes o no tenerlo disponible para el usuario o usuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;s. Efectuar transportes de mercancías, paquetes u otros objetos, salvo que el pasajero los lleve con él.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;t. No aceptar que el usuario o usuaria use indistintamente las lenguas catalana y castellana o no prestar el servicio correctamente alegando no conocer el idioma del pasajero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;u. No informar a las autoridades, en el caso de haber transportado una persona que padezca una enfermedad infectocontagiosa, para proceder a la desinfección del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;v. No haber comunicado o la titular de la licencia el alta o la baja en el Ayuntamiento después de haber transcurrido cuarenta y ocho horas desde que se inició o extinguió la relación laboral del trabajador asalariado o del autónomo colaborador de la licencia .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;w. Desacato de hecho o de palabra a los agentes de la autoridad encargados de la vigilancia de las normas contenidas en este reglamento y de las normas de circulación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;x. Abandonar el vehículo en la parada impidiendo el normal desarrollo del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;y. Presentar deficiencias en el estado de conservación de la carrocería o cierre de las puertas siempre que antes se haya cumplido el procedimiento establecido en el presente reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;z. Negarse a dejar de fumar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;aa. Depositar colillas, papeles, envases y demás a los paros en lugares distintos a los habilitados al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;bb. Colocar cualquier elemento o distintivo en el interior o exterior del vehículo no autorizado por el Ayuntamiento, particularmente publicidad y antenas que no sean del propio aparato de radio o de la emisora de radio-taxi autorizada por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;cc. Cualquiera de las infracciones previstas en el apartado siguiente, que para el su naturaleza, ocasión o circunstancia, no deba ser calificada de muy grave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 58. - Infracciones muy graves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Tendrán la consideración de infracciones muy graves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Abandonar el viajero o viajera sin rendir el servicio para el que fue requerido, sin causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. La comisión de tres faltas graves en el período de un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Conducir en estado de embriaguez o bajo la influencia de bebidas alcohólicas o de estupefacientes. El estado de embriaguez se determinará, en cada caso, según las normas administrativas que regulen el grado máximo de alcohol permitido en la sangre o en aire expirado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d. Retener cualquier objeto abandonado en el vehículo sin dar cuenta a la autoridad competente dentro de las setenta y dos horas siguientes al momento en que fue encontrado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;e. Cometer delitos calificados por el Código Penal como dolosos, con ocasión o motivo del ejercicio de la profesión a que se refiere el presente Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;dd. Cobrar de forma abusiva los usuarios o usuarias, por sobre las tarifas marcadas y fijadas por la Corporación, o Contratar el servicio, por radio teléfono, en el ámbito superior al municipio de Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;f. Cobrar tarifas inferiores a las autorizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;g. Falsear los datos o los documentos acreditados para obtener la licencia municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;h. Efectuar el transporte público de personas en automóviles de turismo o realizar actividades de mediación en este transporte sin la correspondiente licencia municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;i. Falsear los documentos que estén obligados a poseer en el ejercicio de sus actividades o hacer constar datos inexactos o incorrectos en los libros que estén obligados a llevar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;j. Prestar servicio en un vehículo que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- No ha sido dado de alta para el servicio por parte del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- No ha pasado la ITV o la revisión municipal anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;- Haya sido objeto de una reforma o reparación de importancia sin cumplir las normas establecidas al respecto a las reglamentaciones en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;k. Prestar los servicios sin reunir los requisitos y circunstancias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;No tener la nacionalidad española, o bien la de un país extranjero con el que, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los tratados o convenios internacionales suscritos por España, no sea exigible el citado requisito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;No acreditar ante el agente de la autoridad las condiciones necesarias de aptitud profesional, honorabilidad y capacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;No contar con la correspondiente póliza de seguro en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;No cumplir el requisito necesario de afiliación y alta en la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;l. Proferir insultos a los usuarios o usuarias o agredirlos, originando un escándalo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;m. Captar viajeros o viajeras mediante la formulación personal de ofertas de viaje, ofertas de comisiones o descuentos en establecimientos públicos, hoteles, hostales, viviendas vacacionales, agencias de viajes, restaurantes, bares, cafeterías y lugares de esparcimiento en general o de restauración, a aceras, vestíbulos de estaciones de autobús, paradas de bus o lugares similares, distintos de las paradas de vehículos afectos al servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;n. Coger pasajeros en el municipio de Lloseta con vehículos amparados por licencias de otros municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;o. Elegir pasaje y ofrecer o buscar pasajeros fuera de las normas prescritas en este Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;p. Negarse sin justificación a la prestación de los servicios normales, extraordinarios, especiales o de urgencia o a cumplir el calendario de guardias establecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;q. Manipular o falsear las tarifas con el resultado de no obtener el recibo o falsear los datos con el resultado de alterar la tarifa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;r. Negarse a extender el recibo del importe de la carrera cuando lo solicite el usuario o usuaria, o alterar los datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;s. No esperar el usuario o usuaria que había solicitado después de haber cobrado el tiempo de espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;t. Utilizar, en su caso, las instalaciones de radioteléfono para una actividad ilícita, inmoral o contraria al orden público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;u. Negarse u obstruir la actuación inspectora que impida o retrase el ejercicio de las funciones que les han sido atribuidas en este reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;v. Circular a una velocidad inadecuada que exceda la permitida en cada zona en un porcentaje o cuantía que permita que la infracción sea calificada de muy grave según la normativa general reguladora de la circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;w. Prestar el servicio en los supuestos de suspensión, intervención o revocación de la licencia o autorización del conductor o conductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;x. Utilizar, bajo cualquier otro concepto, la licencia expedida a nombre de otra persona, sin la oportuna habilitación legal. La responsabilidad de esta infracción corresponderá tanto a quienes utilicen licencias ajenas como las personas a las que fueron otorgadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;y. Transferir el vehículo aplicado a la licencia o proceder a su desguace sin haber sido previamente autorizado por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;z. Negarse a atender los requerimientos del Ayuntamiento o del Gobierno cuando se hayan decretado con motivo de defensa nacional, orden público u otros graves de utilidad pública o interés social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 59.- Sanciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Las sanciones con que pueden castigarse las infracciones tipificadas en los artículos anteriores serán las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a. Para las faltas leves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Amonestación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Multa hasta 750 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Suspensión de la licencia o del permiso municipal de conductor o conductora durante un plazo máximo de 15 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b. Para las faltas graves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Suspensión de la licencia o del permiso municipal de conductor o conductora durante un plazo no inferior a 16 días ni superior a 6 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Multa de 751 € y hasta 1.500 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c. Para las faltas muy graves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Suspensión de la licencia o del permiso municipal de conductor o conductora durante un plazo no inferior a 6 meses y un día ni superior a un año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Multa de 1.501 € hasta 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Retirada definitiva de la licencia o permiso municipal de conductor o conductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Los valores de las sanciones establecidas en el presente artículo han sido fijados de acuerdo con la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, y su actualización será automática conforme se aprueben nuevas disposiciones legales que modifiquen o deroguen dichas cuantías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. Se tendrán en consideración como circunstancias modificativas de la responsabilidad a efectos de graduación de las sanciones, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a) La cuantía del beneficio ilícito obtenido como consecuencia directa de la infracción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;b) Las consecuencias sociales que hayan producido o sean susceptibles de producir en el sector la conducta infractora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;c) El volumen de las operaciones en las que intervenga el infractor y su eventual situación de predominio en el mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;d) En atención a la especial carácter de las personas transportadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;e) La mayor o menor tendencia infractora en el último año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;f) El don o la culpa, la buena o mala fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;g) La reparación voluntaria por parte del infractor de los perjuicios ocasionados y su colaboración con la Administración municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;En la propuesta de resolución del expediente sancionador deberá justificar expresamente la concurrencia y la aplicación de dichas circunstancias que modifican la responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. En ningún caso la imposición de una sanción puede ser más beneficiosa para el responsable que el cumplimiento de las normas infringidas de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 131.2 de la Ley 30 /92, de 26 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;5. Las infracciones que por su naturaleza, repercusión o efectos, estén reguladas y tipificadas en otras normas de transporte, consumo o demás normativa sectorial , serán sancionadas por la autoridad conforme la normativa que corresponda en atención al rango , la mayor gravedad de la infracción y de la sanción y la mayor importancia del bien protegido .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;6. Cuando se imponga la sanción de suspensión de la licencia o de la suspensión del permiso de conductor o conductora, para asegurar su cumplimiento se exigirá que se entregue la documentación correspondiente a las oficinas del Ayuntamiento de durante el tiempo que dure la suspensión, y se podrá imponer que se borren las calcas que lleve el vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Cuando se hayan cometido infracciones a la Ley de Ordenación de Transportes Terrestres, sancionadas por la Dirección General de Transportes, mediante resolución definitiva, con suspensión o retirada definitiva de la correspondientes tarjeta , se procederá de la misma manera con la licencia otorgada por el Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, se retirarán ambas y se precintará el vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 60. Reparación de los daños y reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Además de la sanción económica derivada de las infracciones cometidas, el órgano competente puede imponer la reparación de los daños y perjuicios causados y la restauración de la situación al estado anterior a la comisión de la infracción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;En este caso, si el infractor no repone la situación al estado anterior voluntariamente, se iniciará la vía de la ejecución subsidiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Artículo 61. Anotación y Cancelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Todas las sanciones serán anotadas en los expedientes personales de los titulares de licencia y de los conductores o conductoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Los titulares de licencias y conductor o conductora podrán solicitar que se cancele la nota desfavorable que figure en el registro correspondiente, siempre que se observe buena conducta y cumplido la sanción, una vez transcurrido un año desde la su imposición si se trata de una falta leve, de dos años si se trata de falta grave y de cuatro si se trata de una falta muy grave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN ADICIONAL PRIMERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;En todo lo no regulado en el presente reglamento, se seguirá lo dispuesto en la Ley de Ordenación de Transportes Terrestres, RD 1211/1990 de 28 de septiembre, el Reglamento Nacional de los Servicios Urbanos e Interurbanos de Transporte en Automóviles Ligeros, Normas del Régimen Local y demás disposiciones aplicables que, con carácter general, rijan en cada momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN TRANSITORIA ÚNICA. -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt; El régimen tarifario aplicable a los servicios urbanos regulados en el presente Reglamento, mientras no sea aprobado por el Ayuntamiento Pleno, será el previsto por los servicios interurbanos fijado por el Gobierno de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;La presente ordenanza entrará en vigor una vez publicado el texto íntegro en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y una vez transcurrido el plazo de quince días hábiles a contar desde la comunicación del acuerdo al Gobierno de las Islas Baleares , al Consejo ya la Delegación de Gobierno . - Lloseta, a 25 de noviembre 2013. - El Alcalde, ante mí, el Secretario&amp;quot;. -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
