&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En el presente procedimiento JUICIO VERBAL 833/12 seguido a instancia de ANTHONY MICHAEL CHETLAND, ROBERT JOHN CHETLAND frente a NELSON MARCO DA SILVA CARVALHO, MARCELLO BUONO se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JDO. PRIMERA INSTANCIA N. 14 PALMA DE MALLORCA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO: Juicio verbal nº 833/2012.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA nº 172/2013&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 28 de noviembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Vistos por Irene Partida Barreto, Magistrada-Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia número 14 de Palma de Mallorca, los presentes autos de juicio verbal seguidos con el número 833/2012 entre: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Demandante&lt;/strong&gt;: Don Anthony Michael Chetland, representado por el procurador de los tribunales don Juan José Pascual Fiol y asistido por el letrado don Antonio Font Más.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Demandados&lt;/strong&gt;: Don Nelson Marco Silva Carvalho y don Marcello Buono, declarados en situación de rebeldía procesal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objeto: &lt;/strong&gt;Reclamación de cantidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Notifíquese esta sentencia a las partes, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma cabe recurso de apelación que, en su caso, deberá interponerse ante este mismo Juzgado dentro de los veinte días siguientes al en que se notifique esta resolución. No se admitirá a trámite el recurso si la parte al tiempo de interponerlo no acredita DOCUMENTALMENTE haber constituido el oportuno depósito para recurrir mediante la consignación del importe de 50 euros en la Cuenta de Depósitos y Consignaciones de este Juzgado, así como el importe de la tasa por el ejercicio de la potestad jurisdiccional en el orden jurisdiccional civil establecida por la Ley 10/2012, de 20 de noviembre, por la que se regulan determinadas tasas en el ámbito de la Administración de Justicia y del Instituto Nacional de Toxicología y Ciencias Forenses (BOE núm. 280, de 21 de noviembre de 2012), modificada por el Real Decreto-ley 3/2013, de 22 de febrero, por el que se modifica el régimen de las tasas en el ámbito de la Administración de Justicia y el sistema de asistencia jurídica gratuita (BOE núm. 47, de 23 de febrero de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, NELSON MARCO DA SILVA CARVALHO, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA a veintinueve de Noviembre de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
