&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que no ha sido posible la notificación del expediente que se relaciona seguidamente, porque el servicio de notificación la ha devuelto al departamento de Turismo del CIM, y en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, con esta notificación se hace saber a la entidad que también se indica a continuación que el departamento de turismo del Consejo Insular de Menorca le ha incoado expediente administrativo sancionador por presuntas infracciones administrativas tipificadas en los artículos 104.s), 104.i), 104.e), 104.a) y 105.i) de la Ley 8/2012, de 19 de julio, del Turismo de las Islas Baleares, y que de acuerdo con esto, se ha elevado propuesta de resolución a la consejera de Turismo, en la que figura como infractor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Grave. Art. 105.i) Ley 8/2012. Multa 4.001 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo que se comunica a efectos de notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y se le concede un plazo de 15 días hábiles a partir del siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio para que alegue lo que considere oportuno en su defensa. El expediente se encuentra a su disposición durante este plazo en el departamento de Turismo del Consejo Insular de Menorca (pl. Biosfera, 5 de Maó).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
