    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Mediante el presente edicto el cual se realiza tambi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;é&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;n, mediante anuncio en el tabl&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;n de edictos del Ayuntamiento, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el art&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;culo 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrero, y de acuerdo con lo previsto en los art&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;culos 59.5) y 59.6) de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre,&amp;nbsp; de R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;é&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;gimen Jur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;dico de las Administraciones P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;blicas y del procedimiento Administrativo Com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;n, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, atendiendo que no ha sido posible notificarlo a los interesados por haber resultado infructuosos los intentos de notificaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;n personal, se notifica que se ha iniciado expediente sancionador por infracciones administrativas, a las persones f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;sicas o jur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;dicas que figuran en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
