    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que no habiendo sido posible la practica de la notificación a los interesados que a continuación se relacionan, y de las actuaciones que constan en los expedientes de su razón que también se citan, mediante el presente edicto y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 59.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, del Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se le requiere para que en los plazos que se fijan, actúen conforme a lo ordenado o aleguen cuanto estimen oportuno en su defensa de sus derechos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendiendo que según el parecer del órgano que subscribe el presente edicto, constan en estos expedientes datos que pueden lesionar los derechos y intereses legítimos de los interesados, como podrían ser los derechos que garanticen el Art. 18 de la Constitución, es por lo que conforma en el Art. 61 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, la presente publicación se limita a una sucinta indicación del acto, emplazando a los interesados&amp;nbsp; a la Área de Urbanismo del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Ciutadella de Menorca, situada en la Plaza des Born, 7 2n, de 9 a 14 horas, porque, si lo considera oportuno, procedan al conocimiento íntegro de dicho acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En todo caso, la comparecencia tendrá que producirse en el plazo de 15 días naturales, contados desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Transcurrido este plazo sin comparecer, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales el día siguiente del vencimiento del plazo señalado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
