&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DOY FE Y TESTIMONIO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el Juicio de Faltas nº 348/2013 se ha dictado la presente sentencia, que en su parte dispositiva dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que debo&lt;strong&gt; CONDENAR y CONDENO &lt;/strong&gt;a&lt;strong&gt; VLADIMIR DJURIC &lt;/strong&gt;como autor responsable de una FALTA de ESTAFA prevista y penada en el artículo 623,4º del Código Penal, a la pena de dos meses de multa a razón de diez euros diarios, a que indemnice a la gasolinera REPSOL del Camino Vecinal de la Vileta de esta ciudad en la cantidad de 78,69 euros y al pago de las costas causadas, con responsabilidad personal subsidiaria prevista en el artículo 53 del Código Penal de privación de un día de libertad por cada dos cuotas diarias no satisfechas.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de los cinco días siguientes a su notificación y que se formalizará conforme lo dispuesto en los artículos 795 y 796 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que conste y sirva de Notificación de Sentencia a &lt;strong&gt;VLADIMIR DJURIC&lt;/strong&gt; su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de ILLES BALEARS, expido la presente en PALMA DE MALLORCA a diecisiete de diciembre de dos mil trece&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
