&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía de 12 de diciembre de 2013 se ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“Constitución bolsa de trabajo de trabajador/a familiar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h1 style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h1&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de reclamaciones contra la lista provisional con la puntuación obtenida por cada aspirante de la bolsa de trabajo de trabajador/a familiar, propuesta por el Tribunal Calificador el 4 de diciembre de 2013, sin que se haya presentado ninguna, se eleva automáticamente esta propuesta a definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por eso,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Aprobar, según la propuesta elevada automáticamente a definitiva efectuada por el Tribunal Calificador nombrado al efecto, la composición final de la bolsa de trabajo de trabajador/a familiar, convocada por Decreto de Alcaldía de 11 de octubre de 2013, y que queda con el orden de prelación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta bolsa en el tablón de anuncios, en el BOIB y en la página web de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 116 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, contra la presente resolución que pone fin a la vía administrativa se puede interponer, alternativamente, recurso de reposición potestativo en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que dictó el acto, a contar del día siguiente al de la recepción de esta notificación, o recurso contencioso administrativo contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses a contar del día siguiente a esta notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si se opta por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no se puede interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. El plazo para interponer, en su caso, recurso contencioso administrativo si se ha optado por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, será de dos meses contados del día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición. Si no hubiera resolución expresa el plazo será de seis meses a contar de la fecha en que se entienda desestimado por silencio el recurso de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda ejercerse cualquier otro recurso que se considere oportuno.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
