&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0000529/2013 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª&amp;nbsp; FUNDACION LABORAL DE LA CONSTRUCCION contra la empresa&amp;nbsp;CONSTRUCCIONES SIC SL, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Admitir la demanda presentada frente a la entidad CONSTRUCCIONES SIC S.L.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Tener por desistida de la demanda&lt;/strong&gt; frente a las entidades CONSTRUCCIONES VALENTIN BALEAR 2007 SL, CONSTRUCCIONES Y REFORMAS NACAM SL,&amp;nbsp; CONSTRUCCIONES Y REFORMAS PEDRO DAVIA SL, CONSTRUCCIONS I REFORMES ES CANONGES SL,&amp;nbsp; CONSTRUCCIONES L´ENCOFRAT DES SEGLE SL,&amp;nbsp; CONSTRUCCIONS NADAL SERVERA SL,&amp;nbsp; CONSTRUCCIONS RUSTIC DES PLA SL,&amp;nbsp; CONSTRUCCIONS SA POTA DEL REI SL&amp;nbsp; y&amp;nbsp; CONSTRUCCIONS SON AMETLLER SL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;- Debido a la carga de trabajo que sufre este Juzgado, estése a la espera de señalamiento para juicio por el turno que le corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Respecto a lo solicitado en los OTROSÍES:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Se tiene por presentada la documentación que acompaña a la demanda, únase a los autos de su razón, sin perjuicio de que deba la parte proponerla en el acto de juicio como medio de prueba del que intentará valerse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Se tiene por anunciado el propósito de comparecer asistido/a representado/a de Abogado/a o Graduado Social a los efectos del art. 21.2 de la LPL/LJS. y por designado domicilio a efectos de comunicaciones, art. 53 de la LJS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Al OTROSI DIGO II, paso a dar cuenta a S.Sª.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Sin que esto signifique la admisión de la prueba propuesta por el actor, ya que éste deberá proponerla y en su caso, el/la juez admitirla en el acto de juicio, art. 87 de la LJS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Al OTROSI DIGO III, se tiene por hechas las manifestaciones contenidas en el mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes, haciéndoles saber que en aplicación del mandato contenido en el artículo 53.2 de la LJS, en el primer escrito o comparecencia ante el órgano judicial, las partes o interesados, y en su caso los profesionales designados, señalarán un domicilio y datos completos para la práctica de actos de comunicación. El domicilio y los datos de localización facilitados con tal fin, &lt;strong&gt;surtirán plenos efectos y las notificaciones en ellos intentadas sin efecto serán válidas&lt;/strong&gt; hasta tanto no sean facilitados otros datos alternativos, siendo &lt;strong&gt;carga procesal de las partes&lt;/strong&gt; y de sus representantes &lt;strong&gt;mantenerlos actualizados&lt;/strong&gt;. Asimismo deberán comunicar los cambios relativos a su número de teléfono, fax, dirección electrónica o similares, siempre que estos últimos estén siendo utilizados como instrumentos de comunicación con el Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN:&lt;/strong&gt; Mediante recurso de reposición a interponer ante quien dicta esta resolución, en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;TRES DÍAS&lt;/strong&gt; hábiles siguientes a su notificación con expresión de la infracción que a juicio del recurrente contiene la misma, sin que la interposición del recurso tenga efectos suspensivos con respecto a la resolución recurrida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EL/LA SECRETARIO/A JUDICIAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp;CONSTRUCCIONES SIC SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de BALEARES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
