    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Intentada la Notificación por dos veces, y no habiendo podido practicar ésta al Sr. &lt;strong&gt;Agustín Bonilla Raigal, &lt;/strong&gt;correspondiente a la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución nº 2283 &lt;/strong&gt;de fecha &lt;strong&gt;11 de octubre de 2013&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;del &lt;/span&gt;Quinto Teniente de Alcalde, delegado de las Áreas de Medio Ambiente, Sostenibilidad, Patrimonio y Archivo Municipal,&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; en cumplimiento de lo que establece el artículo 59.5 en concordancia con el artículo 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se publica en el boletín de esta Comunidad Autónoma el anuncio por el cual se pone en conocimiento del interesado la &lt;/span&gt;resolución nº 2283 &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;de fecha &lt;/span&gt;11 de octubre de 2013,&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp; así como los siguientes extremos relativos a dicha resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
