&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/99, de 13 de enero, ya que no se ha podido localizar al interesado, mediante este anuncio se notifica a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;en relación al expediente TE 309/2009 de la línea de ayudas &amp;nbsp;para la Lucha contra la erosión en medios frágiles de cultivos leñosos en terrazas y pendientes y mantenimiento del paisaje rural, correspondientes al año 2.009, la siguiente Resolución firmada con fecha 05 de junio de 2.014 por el Vicepresidente del FOGAIBA,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“RESOLUCIÓN DE REVOCACIÓN PARCIAL CORRESPONDIENTE AL ANUALIDAD 2014 DE LA RESOLUCIÓN DE CONCESIÓN DE AYUDA DE FECHA 24/01/2.011&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En fecha 21/04/2.009 tuvo entrada una solicitud de ayuda PARA LA LUCHA CONTRA LA erosión en medios frágiles de cultivos leñosos en terrazas y pendientes y mantenimiento del paisaje rural, con número de expediente TE 309/09, presentada por &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;, al amparo de la RESOLUCIÓN DE LA PRESIDENTA DEL FOGAIBA DE 30 DE ENERO DE 2.009 Y SUS POSTERIORES MODIFICACIONES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En fecha 24/01/2.011, el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA, a propuesta del Jefe de Área de Gestión de Ayudas y de acuerdo con la Comisión Evaluadora, firmó una resolución en la que se autorizaba y disponía el gasto de una ayuda a favor del interesado por un importe de hasta 19.012,64 euros anuales, por un periodo de 5 años, de acuerdo con la distribución anual y con cargo a las siguientes partidas presupuestarias:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dentro del plazo legalmente establecido, el interesado presenta la solicitud de pago de la 5ª anualidad así como la documentación exigida pero, revisada esta, se comprueba que el pago se debe reducir a la cantidad de 17.322,88 euros, ya que:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- La superficie SIGPAC del recinto 7/10/7/165/5 (segregado con el recinto 11) se ha reducido 0,12ha. para las medidas A y B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- El recinto 7/107/165/11 (segregado del recinto 5) de 0,65ha. ahora no llega al mínimo del 8% de pendiente para la medida A&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- La superficie SIGPAC del recinto 7/10/7/172/23 ha reducido 0,43ha. para las medidas A y B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- La superficie SIGPAC del recinto 7/10/8/92/37 (segregado con los recintos 84 y 90 y el recinto 38 de uso forestal) se ha reducido 12,71ha. para las medidas A y B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- La superficie SIGPAC del recinto 7/10/7/164/3 ha reducido 0,01ha. para la medida B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- La superficie SIGPAC del recinto 7/10/8/92/41 ha reducido 0,07ha. para la medida B&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vista la propuesta de día 03/13/2014 y en uso de las facultades que me han sido conferidas en virtud de lo establecido en el artículo 8b) del Decreto 64/2005, de 10 de junio;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Revocar parcialmente la resolución de concesión del vicepresidente del FOGAIBA de 24/01/2.011, con número de expediente TE 309/09, para la 5ª anualidad, en un importe de 1.689,76 euros, distribuidos como se detalla a continuación:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 591,43 euros con cargo a la línea FEADER&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 1.098,33 euros con cargo al presupuesto del FOGAIBA del ejercicio de 2.014.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer un gasto por la 5ª anualidad que, tras la reducción, será de 17.322,88 euros, distribuidos como se detalla a continuación:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 6.063,00 euros con cargo a la línea FEADER&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- 11.259,88 euros con cargo al presupuesto del FOGAIBA del ejercicio de 2.014.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de recepción de la notificación de la presente resolución, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y en los artículos 114 y 115 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/99, de 13 enero”.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
