	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Intentada la notificación sin éxito a Mottram Paul Anthony en varias ocasiones, del Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1437/2014 referente al expediente 25/2014 - ORDEXECUCIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y resultando lo dispuesto en el artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, Ley de régimen jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y el Procedimiento Administrativo común. (LRJAP-PAC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se hace público su contenido por un plazo de 20 días a los efectos que la Ley establece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;"Decreto núm. 1437/2014&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Referencia: 000025/2014-ORDEXECUCIO 01. Urbanismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Antoni Servera Servera, Alcalde Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera (Illes Balears).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;INICIO EXPEDIENTE ORDEN DE EJECUCIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vista el acta de inspección emitida por parte del celador municipal adscrito al servicio de urbanismo de este Ayuntamiento de fecha 10/12/2014 la que pone de manifiesto ante esta Alcaldía, el incumplimiento de deber legal de uso conservación o rehabilitación de los bienes inmuebles por parte de MOTTRAM PAUL ANTHONY y en referencia al inmueble de su propiedad ubicado en CAMI ACECHO, dEL, 87&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Dado que las carencias de los deberes de uso, conservación o rehabilitación del inmueble se fundamenta en que la vegetación está invadiendo la vía pública siendo un peligro potencial tanto para los peatones como para los vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 117 de la Ley 2/2014, de 25 de marzo, de ordenación y uso del suelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;RESUELVO,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Iniciar un expediente para restablecer las condiciones de seguridad, salubridad y ornato público del bien ubicado en CAMI S’AGUAIT, 87 el cual es propiedad de MOTTRAM PAUL ANTHONY.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;- Conceder al interesado un plazo de 15 días para que pueda formular alegaciones en contra de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Solicitar al aparejador municipal del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera que emita un informe en relación con si dicho inmueble posee las condiciones adecuadas de seguridad y salubridad, que determinará, en caso negativo, las obras a realizar, su presupuesto y el plazo máximo en que se pueden ejecutar, con vistas a reponerlo en las condiciones adecuadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.- Informar al interesado que esta resolución no agota la vía administrativa, por lo que no puede ser interpuesto en su contra, el recurso potestativo de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
