	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Según el artículo 59.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, modificada por la Ley 4/99, de 13 de enero, y teniendo en cuenta que no se ha localizado al destinatario; mediante este anuncio se notifica a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;en relación al expediente PI 173/2009 de la línea de ayudas para el Fomento de la producción integrada, firmada con fecha 6 de junio de 2.014 por el jefe de Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Informe y propuesta provisional de revocación parcial correspondiente a la anualidad 2014 (quinta) de la resolución de concesión de día 03/12/2010, del exp. PI 173/2009.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En fecha tuvo entrada una solicitud de ayuda para el fomento de la producción integrada presentada por &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;al amparo de la Resolución de la Presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA), de 30 de enero de 2.009 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2.009, de ayudas destinadas al Fomento de la producción integrada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En fecha 03/12/2.010, el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA firmó una resolución en la que se autorizaba y disponía el gasto de una ayuda a favor del interesado por un importe de hasta 32.778,20 euros, de acuerdo con la siguiente distribución anual y con cargo a las siguientes partidas presupuestarias:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dentro del plazo legalmente establecido, el interesado presenta la solicitud de pago de la quinta anualidad (2.014) así como la documentación exigida pero, revisada esta, se comprueba que el pago se reducirá en la cantidad de 907,12 euros ya que reduce 14 ha por cambios SIGPAC.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto lo que dispone el artículo 43 del texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se propone,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Que por parte del vicepresidente del FOGAIBA, se dicte resolución por la que, en virtud de la justificación presentada, se proceda a la revocación parcial para la quinta anualidad (2.014) de la resolución de la ayuda concedida por el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA de fecha 03/12/2.010, por un importe de 907,12 euros, del expediente PI 173/2009 de la que es beneficiario &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,serif"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El importe de la ayuda finalmente concedida, deberá ser de 5.648,52 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notificar esta propuesta al interesado y comunicarle que dispone de un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente a la recepción de esta propuesta para presentar alegaciones y/o documentos que considere adecuados para su defensa. En el caso de no hacer uso de su derecho para alegar, en el plazo indicado, esta propuesta se formulará como definitiva.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
