	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Dado que las notificaciones realizadas por correo certificado, con acuse de recibo, no han surtido efecto y no se han podido hacer efectivas, por ignorarse el domicilio o no haber encontrado a los interesados que se relacionan, se procede, en cumplimiento del que establecen los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común (BOE de 27 de noviembre) a la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares de las siguientes resoluciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;“En virtud de la facultad conferida por el art. 21.1.n) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril de Bases de Régimen Local, y en virtud de Delegación conferida por Decreto de Alcaldía de 14 de junio de 2011, RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Nº exp. /Año: 2013-61694-00005&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Fecha de la resolución del recurso de reposición : 24 de abril de 2014&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Sanción propuesta: 10.001 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1º.- Desestimar el recurso de reposición interpuesto contra la Resolución dictada en fecha 28 de noviembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2º.- Confirmar a sanción impuesta de diez mil un euros (10.001'00€) a la responsable de la infracción.” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Denunciado: Capellá Barrionuevo, Vicente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Precepto infringido: Art. 55.2.a Ley 1/2007, de 16 de marzo, contra la contaminación acústica de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Sanción propuesta: 2.000 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1º.- Desestimar el recurso de reposición interpuesto contra la Resolución dictada en fecha 16 de septiembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2º.- Imponer al infractor la sanción de dos mil euros (2.000€) por la infracción.” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Contra estas resoluciones, que ponen fin a la vía administrativa, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 8.1 y 46.4 de la Ley 29/1998, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa-Administrativa, podrá interponer Recurso Contencioso-Administrativo ante el Juzgado de Palma de Mallorca de dicha jurisdicción en el plazo de DOS MESES, contados a partir del día siguiente a la recepción de la presente, y sin perjuicio de la utilización de cualquier otro recurso que crea conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El importe de la sanción deberá hacerse efectiva antes del día 5 del mes siguiente o el inmediato hábil posterior si recibiera la presente resolución entre los días 1 y 15, y antes del día 20 si la recibiera entre los días 16 y último del mes o inmediato hábil posterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Transcurrido el mismo sin abonar su importe durante el período voluntario, se procederá a su recaudación por vía de apremio con los recargos e intereses legales correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;FORMAS DE PAGO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;A) En el servicio de Recaudación Municipal (Calle Ca'n Vich, nº 14, Calvià) en metálico o mediante cheque o talón de cuenta corriente conformado, acompañando la presente notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;B) Mediante giro postal, dirigido al Servicio de Recaudación del Ayuntamiento de Calvià, consignando el número de expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
