	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Dado que no ha podido tener efecto la notificación al titular del vehículo abandonado en la vía pública y posteriormente traído al depósito municipal, de acuerdo con el artículo 59.4 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992 de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, con el presente anuncio se comunica lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Dado que fueron retirados de la vía pública los vehículos más abajo reseñados los cuales se encuentran en el depósito municipal de vehículos de esta localidad y ha transcurrido el plazo reglamentario de dos meses desde su retirada según lo establecido al art. 71 del texto articulado de la Ley sobre Tránsito, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial, aprobado por el RDL 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, y dado que el Alcalde en el día de hoy ha dispuesto su retirada del depósito en un plazo de un mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En cumplimiento del art. 86 de la ley 18/2009 de 23 de noviembre, sobre modificaciones en materia de tránsito, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial, se os requiere para que en el plazo de un mes contados a partir de la publicación de este en el BOIB, retire el mencionado vehículo del depósito, con la advertencia que de no hacerlo así se procederá a su tratamiento como residuo sólido urbano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
