	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXACCIONES FISCALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aprobadas&amp;nbsp; inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento en Pleno, en sesión celebrada el día 6 de noviembre de 2014, la modificación de las ordenanzas fiscales reguladoras de los tributos que se indican al final, de conformidad con lo que dispone el articulo 17 del RDL 28/2004, de 5 de marzo, Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se abre un plazo de 30 días, a contar del siguiente al de publicación del presente edicto en el BOIB, para que las personas legitimadas puedan examinar el correspondiente expediente y presentar reclamaciones y sugerencias que crean oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo indicado anteriormente, y en el supuesto de que no se haya presentado ninguna reclamación ni sugerencia, el acuerdo anterior quedará elevado a definitivo sin necesidad de adoptar nuevo acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tributos que se modifican:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 11500&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Impuesto sobre vehículos de tracción mecánica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 30200&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tasa por la recogida de basuras i residuos sólidos urbanos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
