	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 24 de mayo de 2013, modificado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 28 de febrero de 2014, se designaron los vocales, titulares y suplentes, que tienen que formar parte, en representación del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, de la Comisión Mixta Gobierno-Consejos Insulares para el traspaso de funciones y servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;No obstante, d&lt;/span&gt;ado que los cambios que se han producido recientemente en la titularidad de la Consejería de Administraciones Públicas y de la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades y en la estructura de esta afectan a algunos de los vocales que habían sido nombrados, es procedente materializar las modificaciones correspondientes en la relación de integrantes de dicha comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del vicepresidente y consejero de Presidencia, en la sesión de día 24 de octubre 2014, adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el punto primero del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 24 de mayo de 2013, modificado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 28 de febrero de 2014, por el que se designa a los vocales, titulares y suplentes, que tienen que formar parte de la Comisión Mixta Gobierno-Consejos Insulares para el traspaso de funciones y servicios, que tendrá el siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero. Designar, en representación del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, para formar parte de la Comisión Mixta Gobierno-Consejos Insulares para el traspaso de funciones y servicios, correspondientes a las competencias propias de los consejos insulares, a las siguientes personas:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;— &lt;em&gt;Titular: Antonio Gómez Pérez, vicepresidente y consejero de Presidencia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;— &lt;em&gt;Suplente: Catalina Ferrer i Bover, secretaria general de la Vicepresidencia y Consejería de Presidencia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;— &lt;em&gt;Titular: José Vicente Marí Bosó, consejero de Hacienda y Presupuestos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar este acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Disponer que este acuerdo tendrá efectos el día siguiente al de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
