	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;1. El Decreto 55/2008 de 2 de mayo (BOIB de 8 de mayo) creó el CEIP Es Pratet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;2. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 30 de junio de 2009 (BOIB nº.100 de 11 de julio) dispuso la puesta en funcionamiento del centro de Educación infantil y Primaria CEIP Es Pratet para el curso 2009-2010.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;3. Durante el curso 2013-14 se iniciaron las obras de un nuevo edificio ubicado en C/ Corona, núm. 14-16, CP 07800, de Eivissa. El día 11 de septiembre de 2014 se levantó el acta de recepción de las obras de construcción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;4. Durante el curso 2014-15, los profesores y los alumnos del CEIP Es Pratet&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;se&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;tienen que trasladar al nuevo edificio, ubicado en C/ Corona, nº. 14-16, CP 07800, de Eivissa, por este motivo, hay que modificar el domicilio del CEIP Es Pratet a los efectos administrativos adecuados y disponer el traslado de los alumnos y los profesores al nuevo centro docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: auto"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: auto"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;1. La Ley orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de julio (BOE de 4 de julio), reguladora del derecho a la educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;2. La Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo (BOE de 4 de mayo), de educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;3. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo (BOIB de 3 de abril), de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;4. La disposición final primera del Decreto 119/2002, de 27 de septiembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento orgánico de las escuelas públicas de educación infantil, de los colegios públicos de educación primaria, y de los colegios públicos de educación infantil y primaria, en conexión con el artículo 2 del Reglamento orgánico mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Por todo eso, y a propuesta de la Dirección General de Planificación e Infraestructuras Educativas, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;1. Disponer el cambio de domicilio, con efectos desde el día 1 de septiembre de 2014, del CEIP Es Pratet, ubicado en C/ Corona, nº. 14-16, CP 07800, de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;2. Como consecuencia de esta modificación, el centro queda configurado de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt;
