2014-10-16 CAIB 2014-10-16 550784 es 270 text/html CAIB 46909 2014-10-10 CAIB 17778 ![CDATA[Declaración de herederos 957/2012 sobre otras materias]] 46909 es ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En los autos de referencia se ha dictado la siguiente resolución:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Dª Mª LOURDES LORENCE MARTÍNEZ, SECRETARIA JUDICIAL DEL JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA Nº 2 DE PALMA DE MALLORCA, EN SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA SECRETARIA JUDICIAL DEL JUZGADO DE PRIMERA</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">INSTANCIA Nº 1 DE PALMA DE MALLORCA, hago saber que en el expediente de DECLARACION DE HEREDEROS ABINTESTATO seguido en este Juzgado con el número 957/2012 por el fallecimiento sin testar de <strong>Dª Mª DOLORES GARCIA SCARXELL </strong>con D.N.I. 41.350.606-X ocurrido en Palma de Mallorca (Hospital Son Llatzer) el día 11 de abril de 2012 y nacida en Sóller el 27-12-1942, promovido por D. LINO JAIME GARCIA SCARXELL, con DNI nº 41.348.415-G, único hermano de la causante, se ha acordado por resolución de esta fecha llamar a los que se crean con igual o mayor derecho a la herencia que los que la solicitan, para que comparezcan en el Juzgado a reclamarla dentro de treinta días a partir de la publicación de éste edicto, apercibiéndoles que de no verificarlo les parará el perjuicio a que haya lugar en derecho.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Y, para que sirva de notificación y citación a los herederos desconocidos de Don Dª Mª DOLORES GARCIA SCARXELL, se expide la presente en PALMA DE MALLORCA, a 10-10-2014.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>EL/LA SECRETARIO/A JUDICAL </strong></span></p> ]]
