style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">El objeto de esta</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">convocatoria</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">es regular las</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">subvenciones</span>, <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">dentro de los</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">límites establecidos</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">en el presupuesto municipal</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">practican deportes</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">individuales</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">del municipio</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">de Artà</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">en</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">base a los resultados</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">conseguidos</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">en su disciplina</span>.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Las subvenciones</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">a que se refieren</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">estas bases</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">son libremente</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">revocables y reducibles</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">en todo momento</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">por las causas previstas</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">en la ley o</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">en estas bases</span>, <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">no generan ningún</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">derecho a la obtención</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">de otras subvenciones en</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">en el</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">deporte olímpico</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">correspondiente</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">y que estén</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">empadronados en el municipio</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">de Artà</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">como mínimo durante</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">los últimos</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">tres años</span>.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Podrán tener</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">acceso a las subvenciones</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">todos los deportistas</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">a partir</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">de edad</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">escolar</span>. <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">En</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">el caso de los</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">menores de edad,</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">el perceptor</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">de la subvención</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">será su</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">representante legal</span>.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Los deportistas</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">que realizan una</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">actividad</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">deportiva no</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">olímpica,</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">quedará reducida</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">un 35%</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">de su</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">subvención</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">final.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Los deportistas</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">profesionales</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">que obtengan</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">ingresos por</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">patrocinadores</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">o entidades</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">deportivas</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">de manera regular</span> no podrán<span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"> acceder</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">a esta convocatoria de subvenciones</span>.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">4.</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">ACTUACIONES SUBVENCIONABLES</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Son subvencionables</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">los resultados y las</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">competiciones</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">en</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">las que hayan</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">participado los</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">deportistas</span>, <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">correspondientes a la temporada</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">2013/2014</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">o año</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">natural</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">2014</span>.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">5.</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, año</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">natural</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">2014</span>.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">e)</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">Solicitud</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">(anexo I)</span>.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">7.</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">ENMIENDA</span> style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">de deportes</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">individuales</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">que cumplan</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">la puntuación necesaria para</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">tener</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">acceso a las subvenciones</span>, <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, la actuación subvencionada</span>, <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">en un lugar destacado</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">y</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">de forma clara</span>.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">13.</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">PAGO DE LAS SUBVENCIONES</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">El pago de las</span> <span style="color: rgb(34, 34,
