&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 149/2014 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D. ABDELKARIM SAIDI contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; DORKY PREMIUM, SL,&amp;nbsp; APLICACIONES TECNICAS BENIQUE, SL, sobre DESPIDO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AUTO 16/09/14&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dispongo:&lt;/strong&gt; Despachar orden general de ejecución del título indicado a favor del ejecutante ABDELKARIM SAIDI frente a&amp;nbsp; DORKY PREMIUM, SL,&amp;nbsp; APLICACIONES TECNICAS BENIQUE, SL, parte ejecutada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;DILIGENCIA 16/09/14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Habiendo presentado los trabajador ABDELKARIM SAIDI exigiendo el cumplimiento por el empresario DORKY PREMIUM, SL,&amp;nbsp; APLICACIONES TECNICAS BENIQUE, SL de la obligación de readmisión, y habiéndose despachado auto de ejecución de SENTENCIA, de conformidad al art. 280 de la LJS, &lt;strong&gt;acuerdo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Citar de comparecencia a las partes y al Fondo de Garantía Salarial con las advertencias legales y haciéndoles saber que deben asistir con los medios de prueba de que intenten valerse, y&amp;nbsp; y fijo el próximo día &lt;strong&gt;10/10/2014 a las 09:30 horas&lt;/strong&gt; para la celebración de la comparecencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De no asistir el/los trabajador/es o persona que le/s represente se le/s tendrá por desistido/s en su solicitud; si no lo hiciese el empresario o su representante se celebrará el acto sin su presencia. Asimismo, acuerdo la citación del-de los demandado-s por medio de edictos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp; DORKY PREMIUM, SL,&amp;nbsp; APLICACIONES TECNICAS BENIQUE, SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
