	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Transcurrido el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;plazo de treinta días&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de exposición&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;pública del expediente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;relativo a la aprobación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;inicial por parte&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de este Ayuntamiento de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;la modificación del Reglamento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la residencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;"Cas Metge Rei", sin que se haya&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;presentado ninguna reclamación ni&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;sugerencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;sobre el mismo, el acuerdo de aprobación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;inicial se ha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;transformado en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;definitivo en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;virtud de lo dispuesto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;en el art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;102&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;autonómica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;20/2006. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;En&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;cumplimiento de lo preceptuado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;en el art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;103 de la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;20/2006, se transcribe íntegramente a continuación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;el contenido&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de dicha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;modificación&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Referido&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;al horario&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de visitas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;en su&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;punto primero&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;quedaría&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;redactado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la siguiente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;manera&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;"El horario de las visitas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;que reciben los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;residentes&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;o usuarios&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;será&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;desde las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;10 a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;12'30&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;horas y de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;16'30 a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;19'45&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;horas, respetando los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;horarios&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de las comidas, así&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;como el descanso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;habitual de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;usuarios. Las visitas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;fuera del horario&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;indicado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;deberán justificar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;esta necesidad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;". &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;b) De la misma manera, el artículo relativo a los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;requisitos para acceder al&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;centro en su&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;punto primero, quedaría&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;redactado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la siguiente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;manera&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;"A. Requisitos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de edad: pueden ser usuarios&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;personas mayores que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;tienen 65&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;años&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;o más. Con un&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;informe&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;profesional&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;previo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;y a efectos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de ingresar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;al servicio residencial, se pueden considerar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;personas mayores a las de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;55&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;años&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;o más, el cónyuge o la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;persona con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;que conviva&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;en análoga&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;relación de afectividad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de forma estable, pública y notoria&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;las personas con una&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;consanguinidad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de primer y segundo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;grado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;que convivan&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;y sean&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;dependientes del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;beneficiario, que no sean&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;menores de edad, y que tengan&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;reconocida una&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;deficiencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;mediante&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;el certificado de minusvalía&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;". &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Lo que se&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;comunica para general&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;conocimiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;y efectos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;pertinentes&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;y a reserva de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;términos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;que resulten de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;aprobación del acta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la sesión, significando que contra el presente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;acuerdo que pone fin&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a la vía administrativa, a tenor de lo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;dispuesto en el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;109 de la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;30/92&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;las Administraciones Públicas y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Procedimiento Administrativo Común&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;52.2 de la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;7/85 de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;2 de abril de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Bases de Régimen Local&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;y demás normativa&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;complementaria, podrán interponerse los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a) Directamente, el recurso contencioso-administrativo, regulado en los arts. 45 y siguientes de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa de 13 de julio de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;1.998&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;ante el Tribunal&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;competente, en el plazo de dos meses contados&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a partir del día&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;siguiente al de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;notificación del presente acuerdo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;b) Potestativamente, el recurso de reposición, regulado en los arts. 116 y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;siguientes de la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;30/92&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de 26 de noviembre&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Régimen Jurídico&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de las Administraciones Públicas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;y Procedimiento Administrativo Común, ante el Pleno&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la Corporación, en el plazo de un mes contado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a partir del día&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;siguiente al&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la notificación del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;presente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Contra la desestimación por&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;silencio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del recurso de reposición, que se producirá&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;por el transcurso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de un mes&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;desde su&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;presentación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;sin que se haya&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;resuelto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;expresamente ni se haya&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;notificado, podrá interponerse&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;el recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de seis&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;meses contados&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a partir del día&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;siguiente a la desestimación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;presunta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;que se estime pertinente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
