	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Alcaldía, mediante la resolución número 001002 con fecha 04/08/2014, dictó la siguiente resolución: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;"De acuerdo con las facultades que confiere a esta Alcaldía la legislación vigente en materia de Régimen Local, Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, el Real Decreto Legislativo 781/86 de 18 de abril, por lo que se aprueba el texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local y Real Decreto 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;RESUELVO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar como miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local, en virtud de los artículos 23 de la Ley 7/1985, y los artículos 41 y 52 del RD 2568/1986 a los siguientes concejales: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;SRA. FRANCISCA MARQUÈS TALTAVULL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;SRA. INMACULADA GONZÁLEZ CASADO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;SR. PEDRO GENER PONS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 82 del Reglamento Orgánico Municipal, establecer como día de celebración de las sesiones de la Junta de Gobierno, el miércoles de cada semana, a las 10.00 horas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Nombrar, entre los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local y por orden de nombramiento, como Tenientes de Alcalde, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en los artículos 23 de la Ley 7/1985, 22 del RDL 781/1986, y 41 y 46 del RD 2568/1986, a los siguientes concejales: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;SRA. FRANCISCA MARQUÈS TALTAVULL, Primera Teniente de Alcalde &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;SRA. INMACULADA GONZÁLEZ CASADO, Segunda Teniente de Alcalde &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;SR. PEDRO GENER PONS, Tercer Teniente de Alcalde &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;. Notificar personalmente esta resolución a los concejales designados y publicar ésta en el BOIB dando cuenta de la misma en la primera sesión del Pleno municipal que se celebre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar sin efecto las resoluciones que sobre estas materias había dictado la anterior Alcaldía."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
