	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En este órgano judicial se tramitan los autos de ED 9/14 seguido a instancias de AYUNTAMIENTO DE PALMA contra D. MARTÍN CIRRER BENNASAR en los que, por resolución de fecha 30.04.14 se dispone:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“DILIGENCIA DE ORDENACIÓN.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Palma, a treinta de abril de dos mil catorce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Presentada por el letrado Asesor del Exmo. AJUNTAMENT DE PALMA solicitud de autorización judicial de entrada en domicilio, del que es titular D. MARTIN CIRER BENNASAR, con el fin de proceder a la ejecución forzosa del Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 9444 de 28.05.13 y proceder a la retirada de los perros de la terraza del inmueble ubicado en la C/ Isidoro Antillón, 49 1º de esta ciudad y, acompañándose a dicha solicitud el expediente administrativo correspondiente visto que cumple los requisitos formales previstos en la Ley, &lt;strong&gt;acuerdo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Dar traslado a D. MARTIN CIRER BENNASAR para alegaciones por plazo de &lt;strong&gt;DIEZ DIAS,&lt;/strong&gt; con copias de la solicitud y documentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe interponer recurso de reposición, en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;CINCO DÍAS&lt;/strong&gt;, a contar desde el siguiente al de su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EL SECRETARIO JUDICIAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Palma, a veintinueve de julio de dos mil catorce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
