&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión de 14 de noviembre de 2013, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;- Aprobar la creación del fichero denominado “REGISTRO INSULAR DE GUÍAS DE CAZA MAYOR”, siguiendo el trámite establecido al reglamento que desarrolla la Ley Orgánica de Protección de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;- Dejar constancia que el fichero tendrá las siguientes características:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a. Nombre del fichero: “REGISTRO INSULAR DE GUÍAS DE CAZA MAYOR”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b. Finalidad y usos: Tener una base de datos de los guías de caza mayor que ejercen funciones en la isla de Mallorca para poder hacer actuaciones conjuntas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c. Órgano Responsable: Departamento de Medio ambiente del Consejll de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d. Colectivo de personas: Guías de caza mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e. Procedimiento de recogida de datos: El propio interesado o la propia Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f. Estructura básica del fichero: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Datos identificativos del interesado (Nombre y apellidos, NIF, Teléfono de contacto, Domicilio de contacto, Datos académicos (certificado de guía de caza mayor, curso de soporte vital básico...), Licencia de armas, Licencia de caza..)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Tipo de guía de caza mayor: guía a todos los efectos o guía de caza mayor con perros y lazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Terrenos cinegéticos de ámbito de actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g. No se prevén cesiones de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;h. Unidad para ejercer los derechos reconocidos por la LO 15/1999: Servicio de Caza del Departamento de Medio ambiente del Consejo de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;i. Nivel medidas seguridad: Bajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;j. Soporte: Papel, informático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- Acordar la publicación del acuerdo en el Boletín de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.- Acordar comunicar a la Agencia de Protección de Datos la creación del nuevo fichero.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
