&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No habiendo sido posible la notificación personal al interesado en el domicilio indicado en el expediente y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones públicas y de Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y en cumplimiento de la normativa de protección de datos de carácter personal se procede a la publicación del presente anuncio de resolución emitida por el Presidente del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quedando a disposición de las mismas, el expediente sancionador correspondiente a cada una de ellas, en la sede del Consell Insular de Formentera, Plaza de la&amp;nbsp; Constitución nº 1 07860 Sant Francesc, Formentera (Illes Balears). Asimismo, informarles que pueden formular las alegaciones que estimen pertinentes, en el plazo de quince días. Todo ello, sin perjuicio de las reclamaciones o impugnaciones que los interesados estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
