&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistas las bases para la convocatoria del programa de apoyo económico para personas con discapacidad en el ámbito de Eivissa correspondiente al año 2013 aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo en fecha 10 de junio de 2013 (BOIB nº 87 de 20 de junio de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto&amp;nbsp; el informe técnico emitido por el Coordinador del Área Asistencial del Departamento de Sanidad y Bienestar Social de este Consejo Insular de Eivissa con fecha 2 de diciembre de 2013, al cual se adjunta una lista (anexo 1) con personas que han de obtener ayuda al amparo de dicha convocatoria y otra relación (anexo 2) con las personas que se han de tener por desistidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Visto el punto 3 de estas bases, donde se establece que para poder acceder a estas ayudas se deberá acreditar una renta per cápita de la unidad económica de convivencia inferior a 9.600,00.- euros anuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto que el punto 4 de las bases para la convocatoria del programa de apoyo económico para personas con discapacidad en el ámbito de Eivissa para el año 2013, establece que el Consejo Insular de Eivissa subvencionará el 50% del coste de los conceptos mencionados en el mismo punto y con un máximo establecido por concepto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el informe propuesta emitido por la Jefa de Sección de Bienestar Social con el visto y conforme de la Secretaria Técnica del Área de Economía, Bienestar Social y Agricultura de fecha 3 de diciembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el Decreto de Presidencia de fecha 4 de julio de 2011 publicado en el BOIB nº 104 de 7 de julio de 2011 por el cual se determinan las atribuciones de los diferentes órganos del Consejo Insular de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto que en el punto 7 de las mencionadas bases dice que el Departamento de Sanidad y Bienestar Social del &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Consejo Insular de Eivissa&lt;/span&gt; será el competente para instruir el procedimiento de tramitación de solicitudes y que las ayudas se concederán, por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, mediante resolución de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Sanidad y Bienestar Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primero.- &lt;strong&gt;OTORGAR&lt;/strong&gt; la concesión de las subvenciones a las personas que figuran en el anexo 1, por el importe individual indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo.- Tener por &lt;strong&gt;desistidas &lt;/strong&gt;las solicitudes de las personas que figuran en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tercero.- La publicación de esta resolución en el BOIB y en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Eivissa (av. De España, 49).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Como se señala en la base séptima, la presente resolución ha estado dictada por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, y se ha de considerar dictada por el órgano delegante; no agota la vía administrativa y se podrá&amp;nbsp; interponer recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Eivissa en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución en el BOIB, todo de acuerdo con el art. 107, 114 y 115 de la Ley 30/1992, LRJPAC, en relación al art. 22.2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El recurso se deberá presentar en el Registro General de este Consejo Insular o en las dependencias a que se refiere el art. 38.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y se entenderá desestimado si no se ha resuelto y notificado en el plaza de tres meses, a contar desde el día siguiente a su presentación, de acuerdo con el artículo 115.2 de la mencionada ley de procedimiento. En este caso quedará abierta la vía contenciosa administrativa, todo ello sin perjuicio de utilizar cualquier otro recurso o acción que considere pertinente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo que manda y firma la Consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Sanidad y Bienestar Social del Consejo Insular de Eivissa, y da fe (en cumplimiento de las funciones de fe pública art. 2 RD 1174/1987 de 18 de septiembre) la secretaria accidental, en Eivissa, el 12 de diciembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
