    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-right: 0.24cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que las notificaciones realizadas por correo certificado, con acuse de recibo, no han surtido efecto y no se han podido hacer efectivas, por ignorarse el domicilio o no haber encontrado el interesado que se relaciona, se procede, en cumplimiento de lo que establecen los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común (BOE de 27 de noviembre) a la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares de la siguientes resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-right: 0.24cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;En virtud de la facultad conferida por el art. 21.1.n) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril de Bases de Régimen Local, y en virtud de Delegación conferida por Decreto de Alcaldía de 17 de junio de 2911,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-right: 0.24cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RESPONSABLE: HERVÁS LÓPEZ, ANA MARÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FECHA DE RESOLUCIÓN DEL RECURSO DE REPOSICIÓN: 24/07/2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PRECEPTO INFRINGIDO: Art. 17.e) OM SOBRE BIENESTAR Y TENENCIA DE ANIMALES QUE VIVEN EN EL ENTORNO HUMANO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SANCIÓN TOTAL PROPUESTA: 100,00.-€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1º. Desestimar el Recurso de Reposición interpuesto contra la Resolución dictada en fecha 28 de febrero de 2013, en el expediente sancionador nº 2012-159601-1358&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2º. Confirmar la sanción de CIEN (100,00 €) impuesta a Dª. Ana María Hervás López, por la infracción cometida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-right: 0.24cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra dicha resolución que pone fin a la vía administrativa, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 8.1 y 46.4 de la Ley 29/1998, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa, podrá interponer Recurso Contencioso-Administrativo ante el Juzgado de Palma de Mallorca de dicha jurisdicción, en el plazo de DOS MESES contados a partir del día siguiente a la recepción de la presente, sin perjuicio de la utilización de cualquier otro recurso que crea conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-right: 0.24cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El importe de la sanción deberá hacerse efectivo antes del día 5 del mes siguiente o del inmediato hábil posterior si recibiera la notificación de la presente resolución entre los días 1 y 15, y antes del día 20 si la recibiera entre los días 16 y último del mes o inmediato hábil posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
