    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiendo resultado aprobada definitivamente la modificación de la &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Ordenanza fiscal reguladora del Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles (IBI)”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;, aprobada inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento Pleno de fecha 18 de octubre de 2013, anuncio publicado en el BOIB Nº 146 de fecha 24 de octubre de 2013, y expuesta al público durante el plazo reglamentario, sin que se hayan presentado reclamaciones sobre la misma; se transcriben íntegramente a continuación las modificaciones aprobadas definitivamente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;[…&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;]&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 3º.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tipos Impositivos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Conforme al artículo 73 de la citada Ley, el tipo impositivo se fija:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En bienes inmuebles urbanos: 0.67 %. A ello se le aplica recargo estatal del 4% sobre el tipo aplicable (0.67%), resultando 0.696 %.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bienes inmuebles urbanos de uso turístico (ocio y hostelería ):&amp;nbsp; 0.8 %&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En bienes rústicos : 0.70 %&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bienes inmuebles de características especiales : 1.3 %&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;[…&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;]&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público para el general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
