    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En sesión plenaria de fecha 16/10/13 se aprobó inicialmente la modificación de la &lt;strong&gt;ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DEL PRECIO PÚBLICO DE LOS CURSOS DE ADULTOS&lt;/strong&gt;, que tiene por objeto la modificación de los siguientes artículos y/o anexos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Concepto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;ARTÍCULO 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el artículo 127, en relación al artículo 41, ambos del R.D. 2/2004, de 5 de Marzo, por el que aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, el Ayuntamiento establece el precio público por la prestación del servicio de cursos de adultos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h3&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Obligados al pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Están obligados al pago las personas naturales o jurídicas que soliciten, para ellos o para terceros, cualquiera de los servicios, actividad o prestación previsto en este acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuantía y tarifas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.1 La cuantía del precio público regulado en esta ordenanza será el establecido en las tarifas que se especifican en el anexo de esta ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h4&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Normas de gestión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El pago del precio público se realizará en las propias instalaciones municipales mediante domiciliación bancaria o ingreso en cuentas restringidas de ingresos. La organización informará de las formas de ingreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
