&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Vistos por Dª. Mª Isabel Frade Hevia, Magistrada-Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia número cuatro de Palma de Mallorca y su partido, los presentes autos de juicio ordinario seguidos ante este Juzgado bajo el número 1812/2.010, a instancia de &lt;strong&gt;ASEMAS (Asociación de Seguros Mutuos de Arquitectos Superiores) &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;representada por el Procurador/a Sr./a FERRAGUT CABANELLAS y defendida por el/a Letrado/a Sr./a CAÑELLAS ESCALAS contra &lt;strong&gt;D. BUENAVENTURA ZANOGUERA VIDAL&lt;/strong&gt;, en situación de rebeldía procesal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h4 style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Estimo parcialmente la demanda presentada por &lt;strong&gt;ASEMAS (Asociación de Seguros Mutuos de Arquitectos Superiores) &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;contra &lt;strong&gt;D. BUENAVENTURA ZANOGUERA VIDAL&lt;/strong&gt;, condenando a éste a abonar a la actora la cantidad de &lt;strong&gt;11.305,21 €uros&lt;/strong&gt;, más los intereses legales de dicha cantidad desde la fecha de la interposición de la demanda hasta su completo pago, sin imposición de costas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de impugnación&lt;/strong&gt;: mediante recurso de APELACIÓN, ante la Audiencia Provincial que se interpondrá por medio de escrito presentado ante este juzgado en el plazo de VEINTE DIAS hábiles, contados desde el siguiente al de la notificación de la presente resolución. Es requisito para su admisibilidad la constitución de un único depósito de 50 euros, tal y como exige la Disposición Adicional Decimoquinta de la LOPJ (BOE 04/11/09), que deberá ingresarse en la cuenta de depósito y consignaciones de este Juzgado indicando que se hace concepto de “recurso”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Que en&amp;nbsp; virtud de lo acordado en los autos de referencia, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 156.4 y 164 de la L.E.C. por el presente se &lt;strong&gt;notifica&lt;/strong&gt; a &lt;strong&gt;BUENAVENTURA ZANOGUERA VIDAL&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA&amp;nbsp; a cuatro de Marzo de dos mil trece&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
