59350 2013-12-03 21700 ![CDATA[Juicio de faltas nº 496/2013]] CAIB 529112 450 59350 es es CAIB 2013-11-22 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif">Que en&nbsp; virtud de lo acordado en los autos de referencia, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 156.4 y 164 de la Ley 1/2000, de Enjuiciamiento Civil, por el presente se&nbsp; notifica a DAVID GILDEA, COLIN GRAIG STRANG se ha dictado la sentencia cuyo encabezamiento y parte dispositiva son del tenor literal siguiente:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif">“En PALMA DE MALLORCA a&nbsp; veintiséis de septiembre de dos mil trece.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"><strong>D./Dña.&nbsp; MARIA DEL CARMEN ABRINES MARTI, MAGISTRADO de Instrucción núm. Diez</strong>, habiendo visto y oído en Juicio Oral y Público la presente causa JUICIO DE FALTAS 0000496 /2013, seguida por una&nbsp; falta de LESIONES contra DAVID GILDEA, COLIN GRAIG STRANG&nbsp;&nbsp; habiendo sido parte en la misma el Ministerio Fiscal y&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align: center"> <span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"><strong>F A L L O</strong></span><span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif">&nbsp;</span></p> <p> <span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"><strong>QUE DEBO CONDENAR Y CONDENO</strong> a <strong>DAVID GILDEA y a COLIN GRAIG STRANG</strong>, como autores responsables de una falta de LESIONES a la pena, para cada uno de ellos, de un mes multa a razón de 6 euros diarios, con un día de privación de libertad por cada dos cuotas diarias impagadas y a que indemnicen, conjunta y solidariamente en concepto de responsabilidad civil a GUILLEM MIQUEL NADAL MARTINEZ en la cantidad de 1.000 euros y&nbsp; al pago de las costas.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif">La presente resolución no es firme y contra la misma cabe interponer recurso de apelación en este Juzgado para ante la Iltma.
