    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La presidenta en fecha de 26 de noviembre de 2013 ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dado que, en el día de ayer, el Sr. Antonio Benlloch Ramada tomó posesión del cargo de secretario adjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dado que el artículo 12 de los Estatutos del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, dispone que el secretario del Instituto, que es el del Consejo de Mallorca, podrá delegar las funciones de la Secretaría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vista la propuesta del secretario general de fecha de hoy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vista la competencia que tiene esta Presidencia, en virtud del artículo 34.1, h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Disponer el cese del Sr. Nicolau Conti Fuster como secretario delegado de la Junta Rectora del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca, y agradecerle los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Encomendar el ejercicio de las funciones de Secretaría de la Junta Rectora del Instituto del Deporte Hípico de Mallorca al Sr. Antonio Benlloch Ramada, secretario adjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los actos administrativos que se adopten por delegación tienen que indicar expresamente esta circunstancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Que se dé cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que se haga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Notificarlo a las personas interesadas y publicarlo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
