    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habida cuenta de la imposibilidad de notificar el requerimiento de la tasa por la presentación de la comunicación previa de los establecimientos que a continuación se relacionan sujetos a inscripción en el Registro de Empresas, Establecimientos y Productos del Sector Alimentario de las Islas Baleares sujetos a control oficial, puesto que el Servicio de Correos ha procedido a su devolución por dos veces, en virtud del artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se notifica mediante el presente edicto, haciendo saber a las personas interesadas que disponen de un plazo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente a esta publicación, para presentar el modelo 046 de liquidación de la tasa por el correspondiente importe, cuyo ingreso se realizará en cualquiera de las entidades bancarias que constan en el citado modelo 046, bajo la indicación de que, de no hacerlo, no podrán iniciar o continuar la actividad alimentaria y se tendrá por no presentada la comunicación previa, no practicándose, por lo tanto, la inscripción en el Registro. El operador económico no podrá iniciar la actividad o deberá cesarla inmediatamente en el supuesto de que la hubiera iniciado, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 4.3 del Decreto 99/2012, de 7 de diciembre, por el que se crea el Registro de Empresas, Establecimientos y Productos del Sector Alimentario de las Islas Baleares sujetos a control oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
