    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno en sesión celebrada el día 22 de noviembre de 2013, acordó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;ANULACIÓN Y NUEVA OFERTA DE OCUPACIÓN PÚBLICA AÑO 2013.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vista la aprobación definitiva del Presupuesto municipal correspondiente al ejercicio de 2013, por acuerdo plenario de día 9 de septiembre de 2013 (BOIB núm. 124, de 14 de septiembre) y la posterior publicación de la citada Oferta Pública de Empleo para el año 2013, en el BOIB núm.139, de día 10 de octubre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, &lt;strong&gt;ACUERDA&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Anular la oferta de Empleo Público para el año 2013 citada y aprobar la siguiente Oferta de Empleo Público para este mismo ejercicio 2013, que de acuerdo con la normativa aplicable y las limitaciones establecidas en la Ley 17/2012, de 27 de diciembre, de presupuestos generales del Estado para el año 2013, será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
