&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DEBO ESTIMAR y ESTIMO la demanda formulada por el Procurador D. Xim &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Aguiló de Cáceres Planas, en nombre y representación de Da MARIA DOLORES FERNANDEZ TORRES contra NICE 2006S.L., y debo CONDENAR Y CONDENO a la demandada al pago a la actora de la cantidad total de 3.000 EUROS, más los intereses legales devengados por dicha cantidad desde la presentación de la demanda (8 de febrero de 2011), más los intereses procesales del art. 576 LEC, así como al pago de las costas procesales. .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que DEBO DESESTIMAR y DESESTIMO la demanda formulada por el Procurador D. Xim Aguiló de Cáceres Planas, en nombre y representación de Da MARIA DOLORES FERNANDEZ TORRES contra Da ESPERANZA MONICA TORRES OLIVER Absolviendo a la misma de las pretensiones ejercitadas en su contra, con imposición de costas a la parte actora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución NO cabe interponer Recurso de Apelación, de conformidad con la reforma introducida por la Ley 37/2011, al ser la cantidad reclamada no superior a 3.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asi por esta, mi Sentencia, la pronuncio, mando y firmo Da. Martina Mora Torrens, Magistrado-Juez Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia n° 5 de Palma de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Publicación.- Leída y publicada que ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Ilustre Juez que la dictó, constituida en audiencia pública en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy Fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; NICE 2006 , se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA a veintidós &amp;nbsp;de Octubre de dos&amp;nbsp; mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
