    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APROBACIÓN INICIAL DE LA MODIFICACIÓN DEL REGLAMENTO REGULADOR DEL PARQUE DE PATINAJE, SKATE PARK&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el 25 de Octubre de 2013, aprobó inicialmente la modificación del&amp;nbsp; Reglamento regulador del parque de patinaje, skate park de acuerdo con lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 2 punto 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, donde dice “La entrada a la instalación será libre para todas las personas que quieran acceder.” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;debe decir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“la entrada a la instalación se permitirá a todas las personas que estén debidamente acreditadas y a las personas acompañantes de los menores de 11 años”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2 punto 3&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;donde dice &lt;/span&gt;“El Consell Insular de Formentera será responsable del mantenimiento y conservación de la instalación...”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;debe decir&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“El Consell Insular de Formentera será responsable del mantenimiento, conservación y limpieza de la instalación...”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 3 primer punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, donde dice “En la pista de patinaje solamente se pueden utilizar monopatín y patines, cualquier otra modalidad no está permitida”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“En la pista de patinaje solamente se pueden utilizar monopatín, patines y bicicletas BMX, cualquier otra modalidad no está permitida”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 3 segundo punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, donde dice “Los menores de 18 años deberán presentar una autorización de aquellos que tengan la patria potestad, tutela, guarda, curatela o acogida, en la Consejería de Juventud o la Consejería de deportes (modelo disponible en ambas consejerías y página web del Consell de Formentera), para poder utilizar el recinto deportivo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;debe decir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“Los menores de 18 años deberán presentar una autorización (modelo disponible en la OAC y página web del Consell de Formentera) de aquellos que tengan la patria potestad, tutela,&amp;nbsp; guarda, curatela o acogida, en la OAC (Oficina de atención al/la Ciudadano/a del Consell Insular de Formentera).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 3 cuarto punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, donde dice “Es obligatorio el uso de un casco homologado, en caso de no llevarlo la persona usuaria será desalojada de la instalación deportiva. Se recomienda también el uso de rodilleras y codilleras.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“Es obligatorio el uso de un casco homologado. Se recomienda también el uso de rodilleras y codilleras.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 3 onceavo punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, donde dice “No está permitido poner obstáculos adicionales, como cera en la mini rampa, bicicletas o cualquier otro objecto no permitido.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“No está permitido poner obstáculos adicionales, como cera en la mini rampa, o cualquier otro objecto no permitido.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se somete a información pública durante el plazo de treinta días hábiles, para que todas las personas interesadas puedan examinar el expediente y formular sugerencias, alegaciones y reclamaciones, así como para dar audiencia a las asociaciones inscritas en el registro municipal de asociaciones vecinales, la finalidad de las cuales este relacionada directamente con el objeto de la disposición, en los términos del artículo 102.c) de la Ley 20/2006, de 27 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La consulta del expediente ser realizará en el Área de Juventud del Consell Insular de Formentera, Av. Porto Salè, 88, Sant Francesc Xavier (Formentera), en horario de atención al público (de 9.00 a 14.00 horas) y de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
