    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Artà, en la sesión extraordinaria de día 13 de noviembre de 2013, aprobó el Pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y el Pliego de prescripciones técnicas para la adjudicación del contrato de gestión de servicios públicos, mediante la modalidad de concesión, de recogida y transporte de residuos generados al término municipal de Artà y de servicios de limpieza viaria, mediante procedimiento abierto y en función de varios criterios de adjudicación por lo cual se exponen al público los mencionados pliegos, durante el plazo de veinte días contadores a partir del siguiente al de la inserción de este anuncio en el BOIB, así como también al perfil del contratante del Ayuntamiento (http://www.arta.cat) para que se puedan presentar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Simultáneamente se anuncia la licitación, para la presentación de proposiciones, si bien la licitación se aplazará, cuando resulte necesario, en el supuesto que se formulen reclamaciones contra los mencionados pliegos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
