    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 59 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y una vez intentada por dos veces la práctica de notificación individual, se hace público el inicio de expedientes sancionadores por infracción de la Ley 10/1990, de 23 de octubre, de Disciplina Urbanística a las personas o entidades denunciadas que figuran en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra las presentes resoluciones se pueden formular las correspondientes alegaciones, dentro del plazo de 15 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, y/o aportar o proponer las pruebas concretando los medios que pretendan valerse. También se les informa que les cabe el derecho de audiencia previa solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
