    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Intentadas, sin efecto, las notificaciones de disciplina urbanística efectuadas en el domicilio de notificaciones, &amp;nbsp;y visto que no se ha&amp;nbsp; podido practicar por ignorarse el domicilio o no encontrarse en el mismo las personas interesadas que se relacionan, se procede, en cumplimiento de lo que establece el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común – BOE de 27 de noviembre-, a su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Según lo dispuesto en el art. 61 de la Ley 30/92, se publica únicamente una breve indicación del contenido de la resolución,&amp;nbsp; que se encuentra en las dependencias del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, calle Pere Escanellas nº 12-16, 07830 Sant Josep de sa Talaia, departamento de Urbanismo, donde la persona interesada o su representante, debidamente acreditado, podrá comparecer en el plazo de diez días, a contar a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del presente edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, para su conocimiento íntegro del acto y constancia del mismo, en horario de 8.30 h a 14.30 h, de lunes a viernes, excepto festivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Así mismo, se advierte a las personas interesadas que, de no comparecer en el plazo indicado, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al vencimiento del plazo señalado para comparecer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
