    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, cuando las personas interesadas en un procedimiento sean desconocidas, se ignore el lugar de notificación o el medio, o no se haya podido efectuar la notificación, se tiene que hacer mediante la publicación en el boletín oficial correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por ello, se notifica a la persona que se indica al final de este edicto, como presunta responsable de la infracción, que se consideran cometidos los hechos denunciados, que constan en el expediente administrativo y es responsable la persona que se indica al final de este Edicto. Estos hechos constituyen una infracción de los artículos que se determinan en cada caso correspondiendo las sanciones que también se indican en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio, en el plazo de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
